Warmest thanks to Liam for his works to resolve the problem of my 10 years old A/C. He thoroughly carried out diagnosis after conversation to me about when the problem occurred and symptoms. Promptly identified where the loosen electric wire should be connected to, hence resolved the problem without any new parts. Meanwhile, he also patiently answered all my questions. He is really a nice and honest guy, and highly competent technician with good knowledge to the product and repair technique. The team of High Efficiency Cooling & Heating kept me well informed about the process since I placed the repair service order. Price is fair, service is excellent, and company is reliable and trustfulness 👍🏻👍🏻

I had a good experience with chinook. I called and they had their guy here within a hour!! He was very knowledgeable and got my air conditioner working. Victor was his name.. Good personality and did his job well. My only complaint was the cost...lol. (it was actually reasonable).

Duke’s Garage I have called twice and Twice was treated with professionalisms and great service. They were able to send someone out that day and check to see why my Garage door was not working. They immediately saw it was the operating system and gave me a quick quote on three different system and was able to install it that day, wow great Service and New Operating System very Pleased. Let me start by saying my original review was based off the Management Company NOT Beverly Homes and since that posting we have a new Management Company in place.
I am very happy with my Beverly Home. When my home was being built Jackson Thomas was very beneficial in the progress and sent me pictures on how the project was going. He was very helpful in helping me make decisions about our home and included all the requests and upgrades that we asked for. This move was not easy but Beverly Homes came through for us and built us our forever home. Thank you Jackson and Josh for all your help in taking care of all my concerns and taking care of any issues in a timely manner.
