I do apologize, but I forgot my imaging technician’s name, but she was very helpful being that I’m claustrophobic And also in a wheelchair. She’s very kind and Thorough about her instructions I was very satisfied with her assistance and would love to go back there for my next Open MRI. Also, Front Desk was very helpful and kind as well. This was the PM shift just wanna say great job to everybody. Thank you. See you next time.

I arrived 15-20 minutes early, enough time to fill out registration forms and be on time for scheduled appointment. I was greeted by a very nice CSR at the front desk. The rest of the staff was very nice as well. The Imaging appointment appointment went well, although I was surprised at how loud the machine was. Thanks a bunch. 🙂

Easy check in, friendly technician. The tech explained the entire procedure including times snd repositioning. My anxiety calmed down and the ear plugs helped too! The check-in gal was bilingual and accommodating to other languages. She also gave me a CD to give to my doctor!

I was told to present myself at 06:55am, which I did but the office was still closed. However, once it did open, all the staff was very nice and welcoming. They made me feel very comfortable and explained the process very clearly so that I could relax as much as possible.
