Dylan is the definition of a trained professional. He was knowledgeable had excellent communication and was very courteous. He had my problem fixed in under an hour. Didnt leave any mess and wore booties in the house even! I would highly recommend and would use them again in a heartbeat.

This was our second time having Express Septic come and pump our system. James was personable and professional. He educated us well on our system, of the different options for upkeep and care, and the membership options. I didnt price compare, so I dont know where they land compared to others. The price for the service nearly doubled since we used them two years ago, though, so that was a bit of a surprise. But service was fantastic.

Another rave review! When our water heaters went out, they arrived first thing the next morning to get us fixed up. Jacob installed two new tankless water heaters, ran the plumbing and did an amazing job! Prompt, courteous and professional. Never any sales pressure from the Express team. We are always given options to best suite our needs and budget. I highly recommend Express for all your heating, plumbing and air needs, I have used them for all of those purposes!

We had scheduled a furance tune up. Was told they could be here in about two weeks. The furance started making noises. So called again and Cole was out the next day. He discovered a new fan was needed and he would have to order one to be overnighted. When it arrived he was here they next day. He explained everything he was doing and got it running. He cleaned everything and did a great job. I would recommend him.

Tyler and his helper came out to fix one of our two heater/heat pump units. We had repairs done for a water leak/ mold behind our heaters. When their subs re installed our main furnace they failed to re install wiring from thermostat to unit correctly. Tyler was able to trace down the issue and I gladly paid for him to re connect wiring in proper sequence. Awesome customer service!🤩

I had a valve leaking under my kitchen sink and needed help asap. Express got me scheduled and sent a technician out the same day, which was greatly appreciated. The technician arrived right on time and the issue was evaluated. I was presented with several options to resolve the problem that included proactive work to replace the second valve proactively as they are both the same age. I have been blessed to have family members repair things for me in the past so the proactive prices were more than I could consider financially at this time. I chose the option to only repair the immediate leak and the work was done quickly and well. A new valve was installed and the immediate leak was fully resolved. The technician was very friendly and the valve repaired. Fully appreciated the work as water damage can be devastating if not fixed quickly!

My water heater was not heating up over the weekend. I contacted Express Plumbing online. Their receptionist contacted me via phone call. Jacob contacted me in the morning and let me know he was on his way. He informed me what was going on, went over options with me.
