This company is awesome! I called in the morning and not only was I able get a service appointment scheduled the same day, they also diagnosed and fixed my AC unit issue right away. The dispatch I spoke with was super friendly and helpful. Corey, the HVAC tech, was professional, knowledgable and just a great guy to chat with. He clearly explained what the issue was and walked me through my repair options. He was in and out by the hour. Cheers to you Corey!

Tory and Ricky came out and replaced my shower fixtures and caulked my shower walls. Also removed galvanized pipes and replaced with pcv pipe in my shower hot water heater, pipes under bathroom sink and installed shut off valves. Also replaced shut off behind toilet! They were extremely professional and put up with all my questions!

Our water heater started leaking.
Iesha answered my call for Express plumbing heating & air. She was amazing. She had a positive, kind and trustworthy personality.
Luke Kenrick was dispatched promptly.
Within an hour he arrived at our house diagnosed the problem and arrived at a plan.
He communicated with us every step of the way.
He came back the next day on time to replace and move the new water heater to the basement.
Together Luke, David Rangel and Jake finished the job. It was great to see them work together and double check their work.
I would never hesitate to call or refer someone to Express Plumbing heating & air.

Express Septic were great to work with from start to finish. The receptionist was friendly, knowledgeable and honest. The tech came out when promised. He told us about some deals they offer but was not at all pushy. He was in and out and cleaned up after him. We have used him twice and we will continue!

Express was a huge help for us when we discovered wet and moldy drywall in the corner of a closet that we rarely use. We called at 4 PM and they were able to send someone out early the next morning. Jake identified the issue, made recommendations, and was able to complete the repair within an hour and a half. He was extremely professional, gave options without being pushy, and did a great job. We really appreciate the job he did and will use Express again in the future.

Luke was absolutely amazing to work with. He was incredibly clear and easy to understand when explaining what was wrong and what needed to be fixed. More importantly, he took the time to educate us on how we can continue taking care of our home moving forward, which we really appreciated.

Since we live in a two year old home, it was honestly pretty shocking and stressful for us to need to call a plumber in the first place. But Luke immediately put all of our fears at ease. He reassured us that the issue was weather related and not something concerning about our home’s foundation or original construction, which was such a relief.

Overall, his punctuality, communication, professionalism, and ability to educate us throughout the process made us feel extremely confident and trusting in his abilities. He truly delivered exceptional service, and we will absolutely be requesting him by name for any future plumbing needs!
