I scheduled an appointment when a sudden leak happened at my house, causing me to have to turn off the water that night until a plumber could come fix it. The appointment for Express Plumbing Heating & Air was quickly confirmed and I also got a text and a call the next day when Tyler was on the way to my house. He did a thorough inspection to understand where and what the source of the problem was. I was presented with some quotes for pipe replacement due to the age and material of the existing pipes, all of which were quite costly and not something I was ready to make a decision on. The quote for the fix required to stop the leak seemed fair and I authorized the work. Tyler got started right away and had it done in no time. I appreciated how informative he was and not pushy at all. When I am ready to complete more extensive work on the pipes, I will keep this company in mind.

Derek Camargo did an outstanding job on our annual heating system maintenance. He performed an in depth inspection of the systems to ensure everything was up to speed. He also went above and beyond and detected a broken expansion tank on our water heater. He went through all the options for addressing it and was able to replace it the same day! Well done!

The kitchen sink in my 1967 home was not draining despite my best efforts to unclog it so I called Express Plumbing. Dylan came out less than an hour later and took on the task of finding the cause, which included a fierce battle with a drain snake. Ultimately, my aging galvanized piping was found to be hopelessly corroded and required new piping. This meant going into the scary crawl space. Dylan came out the next morning and set to work sawing out the old pipe under the sink and 30 feet of piping under the house. Later Simon and Eric from Express came to help install the new, squeaky clean piping. I am happy to report water is flowing better than I can remember. Hoorah!!! Good work Express Plumbing Team! Thanks especially to Dylan for not giving up and effecting the solution.

They did a great job cleaning up my leach field . They did not make a mess. I do not have any reference on how much it cost, but it seem like it was quite expensive. It needed to be done.

The pair worked tirelessly but very efficiently to ensure our replacement AC unit was installed and operational the same day! They went above and beyond to ensure the work was done correctly and well and did it in a socially responsible manner, staying well into the evening to get it working. I’ve used Express plumbing twice this summer after moving into an historic home and finding out all that comes with it. I’m each occasion the staff were friendly, personable, completely professional, and thoroughly walked me through everything before they did it. When they found problems, they showed the evidence clearly and gave an assessment of the risks and costs of delaying action or addressing it now. Both times they were exactly on their stated estimate with no upselling and no additional charge for paying by credit card. Definitely impressed.
