Penn Medicine Becker ENT in Plainsboro office is incredible with an amazing staff. The front desk were very helpful and concerned of myself and all the patients I seen in the office today. My doctor was excellent and she ensured that I was comfortable and made sure that she explained to me the details of my visit. I had pain in my ear from a flight and she took all the appropriate steps to help me clear my ear issues I would recommend all my family and friends to use this team of doctors and professionals.

I have had the most amazing experience here! Dr. Kara Silberthau is truly outstanding! She listened carefully to me, evaluated me thoroughly, offered full explanations for assorted services and treatments, respected my feelings, and was careful and calming while doing a procedure. When my symptoms suddenly changed, she made sure I was seen immediately by an audiologist (Amanda, who was also terrific!) and that I had a follow-up appointment with her right afterwards. She continues to answer my questions, and I am delighted to say that I am already improving, thanks to her quick and accurate diagnosis and treatment plan. Perhaps most important to me throughout this somewhat startling turn of medical events, has been the patience and compassion with which I’ve been treated. Too many office staff, nurses, and doctors nowadays treat patients robotically or callously; each and every person with whom I have interacted at Becker ENT, however, has been wonderful.

If you have any allergy problems, please check out Becker ENT & Allergy. I have been going here for almost 2 years. It started with very bad nose bleeds and now I go for allergy shots. All the doctors are outstanding! Check them out and believe me you won't regret it. THE FRONT DESK STAFF ARE SO VERY NICE and professional!
