I had an excellent experience with Jina Nam at Penn Medicine Becker ENT & Allergy in Lawrenceville. She performed a strobe voice assessment and took the time to clearly explain the findings in a way that was easy to understand. She was professional, thorough, and made the evaluation process very comfortable. I highly recommend her and this practice for anyone needing specialized voice or speech evaluation.

I had a very positive experience at Becker ENT & Allergy. The staff was professional, organized, and made the visit smooth from check-in to the end of the appointment. I especially want to recognize the audiology professional who worked with me. They were knowledgeable, patient, and funny...I need humor to relax. She took the time to explain the testing process and results in a way that was easy to understand. I never felt rushed, and they made sure all of my questions were answered. It’s clear they care about their patients and take pride in their work. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely recommend Becker ENT & Allergy to anyone needing ENT or audiology care.

I saw Kyle Smith Audiologist today part of Becker ENT. Kyle deserves a 20 star rating for his knowledge, understanding, patience and making sure he gives everyone the best of care. There is no better audiologist than Kyle! I highly recommend him !!

My experience with Kyle was excellent. He explained the operation of my hearing aids in very easy to understand terms. He answered all of my questions and I would recommend the practice to anyone with hearing loss.

CRNP Deidra was very patient and thorough with all my issues and provided a good plan going forward to try and address my issues. Also the girl (bad with names sorry) who took me back for the pre-exam and helped me with the scheduling was extremely nice and helpful throughout the whole process. Happy holidays! Sometime mid January I saw Kyle Smith for some hearing Tinnitus issues I was having. He was able to pinpoint the cause of my tinnitus while explaining how it worked making it much easier for me to understand the cause and effects of it. Late January to current I have been seeing Alyssa Molfese for some throat muscle tightening and speech work. She has been extremely helpful and patient with my issues and has helped me make progress week over week. She takes the time to make sure I get the exercise correct even if it involves me repeating it multiple times. She shows how much she cares about her patients and their growth each time you see her. Jess in the front end has taken care of my appointments with Alyssa and couldnt be a nicer person. She always make me feel welcome when coming to my appointments and answers any questions I have when Im there. The front end girls really make the office feel homely and brightens the moods of people arriving and leaving. Happy Spring!

NP Deidre explains everything, gentle when checking the ears, kind professional and funny too. Kyle the hearing specialist explained everything the hearing test was about what to expect and why.
