Professional, friendly, helpful, clean environment, all staff very good at explaining things. NP is awesome! She really knows her stuff. Hearing specialist is great. I highly recommend this practice. NP Deidre explains everything, gentle when checking the ears, kind professional and funny too. Kyle the hearing specialist explained everything the hearing test was about what to expect and why. CRNP Deidra was very patient and thorough with all my issues and provided a good plan going forward to try and address my issues. Also Savannah who took me back for the pre-exam and helped me with the scheduling was extremely nice and helpful throughout the whole process. Happy holidays!

Sometime mid January I saw Kyle Smith for some hearing Tinnitus issues I was having. He was able to pinpoint the cause of my tinnitus while explaining how it worked making it much easier for me to understand the cause and effects of it.

Late January to current I have been seeing Alyssa Molfese for some throat muscle tightening and speech work. She has been extremely helpful and patient with my issues and has helped me make progress week over week. She takes the time to make sure I get the exercise correct even if it involves me repeating it multiple times. She shows how much she cares about her patients and their growth each time you see her.

Jess in the front end has taken care of my appointments with Alyssa and couldn't be a nicer person. She always make me feel welcome when coming to my appointments and answers any questions I have when I'm there. The front end girls really make the office feel homely and brightens the moods of people arriving and leaving. Happy Spring!

I'm very impressed and more than satisfied by the care I've received from Dr Yamasaki and her team - with a Shout out to Anastasia S.
Glad my Dermatologist referred be to Dr Yamasaki at Becker ENT as the BCC removal was more than initially expected and a more complex restorative procedure was needed. I'm glad Dr Yamasaki was able to adjust accordingly and I'm thankful for her & her team's efforts and follow-ups on my care.

I had hearing aid issue and Dr. Han saw me the next day. It turned out to be excessive wax and Dr. Han immediately arranged for me to be seen by Dr, Yamasaki, who took care of it. In and out in 30 minutes with issue addressed. I love this service!

Was tended to very quickly. An audiology test was conducted in a soundproof booth. Unfortunately they determined that I have a certain frequency hearing loss in both ears.

Dr. McCullough is the best. She was very patient, listened to my concerns and issues. She was very gentle and knew right away the cause of my problem. She explained everything so clearly. The office is impeccably clean, pleasant.The staff are all so friendly, helpful, pleasant and kind.
