Saw Dr. Michael Lupa in the Yardley office of this ENT practice on 3/7/25 as a new patient. He seemed to know something about my medical history before he even walked into the examining room which I found to be quite impressive. He asked lots of good questions and really listened. He gave me a thorough examination of my ears, nose and throat before making a diagnosis and recommending any treatment plan. He recommended a nasal inhaler which has already helped to control my symptoms. He also recommended a telehealth visit in about a month to follow-up to see if I am a candidate for a relatively non invasive office procedure. I would highly recommend Dr. Lupa at Penn Medicine Becker ENT & Allergy. He really nose his stuff. Update: I did ultimately have the office procedure performed on 7/11/25 and was very pleased with Dr. Lupa and his entire office staff, especially Maddie who assisted in the procedure. GREAT DOCTOR AND ENT PRACTICE! Update: Saw Dr. Lupa again on 8/11/26 following allergy and sinusitis related problems. He had ordered a CT scan which he reviewed with me in person. He performed a nasal endoscopy in the office to better evaluate current status of sinuses. He also removed wax from my ears so I could better hear his diagnosis and instructions. Excellent doctor who explains what he is doing and why. He also tries to give the patient helpful advice and possible options! Very busy practice so be prepared to wait!!

Dr.McAuley was excellent. He spent time with me and listened to my issues. After he examined me, he responded to every question I asked and had the patience to explain it all again to make sure I understood. He did not rush me at all. Dr. McAuley was pleasant, courteous, and professional.... In addition, the entire staff was very pleasant and helpful. The waiting room was clean, as was the examination room. I am very impressed with my experience! Dr. McAuley at one point spoke very rapidly while giving me a few options regarding my issue. I asked him to slow down from his warp speed to a slower speed so I could follow and understand the list of options he was suggesting.

Becker ENT has been excellent over the few years I’ve needed them. They listen and dig until they actually find the problem. My swallow test today was amazing. I got to see exactly what was going on and how it can be fixed. Highly recommend.
