It was my 14yr old daughters first piercing and the piercer was extremely kind and patient. It was great and my daughter is so happy with her piercing, she is already thinking about more! Lucky me lol. Great service. We will be returning customers. Ill probably get a tattoo also!

The artists did great! Got my husband and I in quickly as walkins with great work! My only con was checking out. We were given a price upfront but it increased at checkout. My only suggestion to anyone going is to get a set price before hand in writing.

my piercer was very patient with me because there were a few instances where i had panicked and needed a minute. she was gentle and made sure both of my piercing placements were too my liking. i even asked her to replace my nose jewelry i’ve had for almost 3 years and she did not hesitate. 10/10 would try again!!! m p.s. it took everything in me to not go get more piercings in my ears while i was in the area!😆

Took my pre-teen son to get his ears pierced and decided to pierce my helix while I was there. An apprentice did our piercings and she was amazing — communicative, friendly, patient, and excited to pierce us! She talked us through the process, helped us pick jewelry, and was overall awesome! This is my third piercing at Black Cloud in Concord Mills and every experience has been stellar. I will always recommend them.
