Took my pre-teen son to get his ears pierced and decided to pierce my helix while I was there. An apprentice did our piercings and she was amazing — communicative, friendly, patient, and excited to pierce us! She talked us through the process, helped us pick jewelry, and was overall awesome! This is my third piercing at Black Cloud in Concord Mills and every experience has been stellar. I will always recommend them.

My tattoo artist Isabella was so gentle I fell asleep in her chair! 7 hours and barely felt anything and it looks amazing going back for touch ups soon and more tattoos in the future, 10/10 experience
