Carlos is really nice and professional. The tattoo was super fast and he walked me through the entire process. I have been to many tattoo shops and this was one of my favorite experiences. He gave us both after care ointment, we will definitely be back for more.

I will say that the entire staff was very friendly and nice. However the pricing for piercings is OUTRAGEOUS! Idc if it is in the mall $80 for the piercing/Jewelry then $40 piercing fee $20 for the aftercare was absolutely highway robbery and had I did better research before hand I would have gone elsewhere with my daughter. The staff at the desk were very friendly and nice the whole visit. Talked to us and were very personable.

I got my first tattoo yesterday with Ruby and I have nothing but good things to say. When first meeting her she was nice and energetic about the tattoo design. The session and environment was relaxing and her station was organized and clean. I will be returning for more tattoos and definitely recommend her. She is a very talented artist.

I absolutely love Reyna! She has done/ helped do 7 of my 9 piercings. She is amazing at her job and is so talented, I have recommended her to a few of my friends as well. I could not recommend her enough! I also love how helpful she is with jewelry changes and over all questions even on her social media page.

I had my ear and nose piercings done by Ashley, and she is absolutely wonderful! I’m beyond happy with her work. She was incredibly patient, sweet, and calm throughout the entire process, which made a huge difference for me—especially after a rough experience the day before with the manager and another piercer.

Ashley truly turned the experience around, and I can’t thank her enough!

The place itself is clean, neat, and uses safe, hygienic equipment, which I really appreciated.

I would definitely recommend this place—but make sure to choose your artist or piercer wisely. Ashley is amazing, and I highly recommend going to her!

I spontaneously went on a Saturday and thought maybe they would be busy but the whole process from me walking in and walking out after getting my nose pierced took maybe 10-15 minutes. Super quick and the place is super clean. And the staff was super nice!

I had a really great experience at Black Cloud in Matthews. I originally had a bad experience at another shop where my eyebrow piercing was done incorrectly and left me with a scar, so I was honestly a little nervous going somewhere new. But at Black Cloud, the service was amazing from the start. Kaleb did both my eyebrow and lip piercings, and he was super sweet, patient, and made me feel really comfortable the whole time. He also took the time to give me helpful tips on how to heal the bump/scar on my eyebrow, which I really appreciated. Overall, the environment was welcoming, and everyone there was professional and kind. I definitely recommend Black Cloud if you’re looking for a place that actually cares about their clients and does things the right way.
