I spontaneously went on a Saturday and thought maybe they would be busy but the whole process from me walking in and walking out after getting my nose pierced took maybe 10-15 minutes. Super quick and the place is super clean. And the staff was super nice!

I had a really great experience at Black Cloud in Matthews. I originally had a bad experience at another shop where my eyebrow piercing was done incorrectly and left me with a scar, so I was honestly a little nervous going somewhere new. But at Black Cloud, the service was amazing from the start. Kaleb did both my eyebrow and lip piercings, and he was super sweet, patient, and made me feel really comfortable the whole time. He also took the time to give me helpful tips on how to heal the bump/scar on my eyebrow, which I really appreciated. Overall, the environment was welcoming, and everyone there was professional and kind. I definitely recommend Black Cloud if you’re looking for a place that actually cares about their clients and does things the right way.

Very quick and efficient. Popped in 4 piercings in like 30 mins. Pricing is average maybe a bit more than where I used to get them back in my home state. Around $50 per piercing. I think it was more like 30-40 back home.

Caleb was absolutely amazing. He was warm and friendly and very professional. He took care when I felt faint after the piercing and he was very considerate while doing my daughter’s piercing. I could not recommend him enough.

I dont remember the name of the piercer that did my daughters earlobes. She was great. The only negative thing I would say about her was she seemed like she was rushing. Granted there were other customers, but giving each customer your undivided attention goes a long way. Other than, she was quick, and my daughter had no complaints about her. Highly recommend this place for piercing.

Christian did my piercings and he did SO AMAZING!!! he was very sweet and respectful and did so well with placement. He’s easy to talk to and after my lip i got lightheaded and really hot and he helped immediately with getting me water, a lollipop, and a wet rag! Genuinely the best place to get piercings!!!
