I have come to them twice now, once to get a tattoo, and Chris (I think that's how his name is spelled) did a great job. The second time I went I got a piercing, and the girl that did it was amazing. I don't remember her name right now, but she had an awesome vibe, and was very professional.

Got 3 piercings on the same ear (2 forward helix, 1 tragus) and everything went smoothly. They took time to help me design the placement and different types of piercing options. Other places I’ve gone use a fine-point sharpie marker to mark the placement. Here they used a purple type of ink that made the dots too large (imo) - the ink kept smearing and it took longer than I expected to get the markings right. But other than that it was a nice experience. Would definitely recommend!

Just got a simple earlobe piercing. The facility was clean and private. The process was explained and done very quickly. Obviously it was a bit painful but was short-lived. It's been a week now and all seems fine. I'm happy with the facility.

Had a not so good start to my experience with being pierced in the wrong spot for a belly button piercing by a male piercer. BUT!!! when coming back Kai was very sweet and welcoming and helped me identify the problem which was the placement. She so kindly offered to pierce me for free whenever it healed, I went in the other day and now have a new and better piercing!!
