The person who did my daughter’s piercing was very polite very respectful the facility and the room were very clean. The price was good. We would definitely be back.

When I first walked in with my mommy everything was very welcoming and it made me less nervous and when I went back to get my naval piercing it was supper clean and I believe his name is Bobby don’t quote me but they have purple hair and he did a great job like it was easy and made me feel reassured j was going to the right people.

I had them pierce my much younger sister and I’s ears and they did an amazing job. It was super fast, very clean and professional, and the healing process has been amazing. Great place for kids to get pierced, they are awesome with kids!!!

Our experience was great!! Showed up as a walk-in, there were 5 or 6 clients in the back so we did have to wait a while but that’s expected. Will definitely be coming back!

I came here to get my belly bottom pierced professionally, it barely hurt! She was so gentle and patient with me. I did start to freak out but she was calm and pieced me perfectly. I am definitely coming back for more piercings!! And to tip her!!!

Me and my girlfriend came here 3 days ago to get our piercings together! I got a vertical labret and she got vertical eyebrow and side labret. This place was absolutely amazing. They made us feel very welcome, comfortable and they were just very positive and professional/clean. They were also funny, extremely sweet and awesome!! I would 100% come back :)

Walked in and was pleasantly surprised. Studio was neat, everything was clean, staff were super helpful and accommodating. They made sure I was comfortable and happy with the design, and tattoo itself was crisp yet thoroughly done. Charged about $120 for a 1x1, and was all professional. Would highly recommend.

Very pleased with the experience. Took my 16 year old to get his ears pierced. Very seamless process. He loved it and it was very calming for me as well. Very happy with the sterile kits. I didn’t get to see if room was sterilized as I was still up front when he went back initially. As someone in healthcare that’s ALWAYS my main focus. The tech/artist he had was very sweet she talked him and I through the whole process. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

The entire staff were professional and friendly. I was scared to get my ear lobe pierced, but was reassured that it would be very little pain. And they were right! They did a great job. I'll definitely return to get other piercings done.

this was my third time at Black Cloud, and second time at the Sugarloaf location. Jeremy did my nostril piercing, and we had a fun yap session while prepping! he was very supportive and did not judge my reaction to the needle pushing through, and we even talked about hobbies we had in common. i adore Black Cloud Sugarloaf, and i'll be back for my final nose piercing to complete the setup. :)

Went in for more ear piercings - specifically 2 helix and 1 lobe. They were pretty non-stop busy, with a party of 4 ahead of me, and then multiple folks signed up after me. However, the piercer Jeremy, was friendly and professional - even in the face of the holiday rush. He ensured I was happy with placement and my starter jewelry selection before he got started. He pierced each area cleanly (and hygienically of course) and had me wait to ensure I was good before allowing me to stand up. Very affordable and highly recommend taking your kids and yourself to licensed piercing/tattoo shops like this for piercings and NOT places like Claires. All good and healing nicely so far!
