Clean, professional, friendly. I highly recommend this place. I think they have several locations. I went to the one located at the Carolina Place Mall. I think Mya was the one who did my piercing. She was so sweet!! Piercing was quick and painless.

Had a great time at black cloud, i will admit i judged them too harshly before since they are in a mall but the store was so clean, my friend and i had a great time talking with the piercer and getting my angel bites done!

Great service ! Very clean environment and great atmosphere. The lady who did our piercing was awesome! I was visiting charlotte and sis, my niece and I and we decided to get piercing while visiting my daughter who lives in charlotte. I’m so glad we decided too! The lady did all 4 of our piercing did a great job ! Next time I’m in charlotte visiting I will be bk to get another piercing from your establishment!

Went to get a smilie piercing as a walk in. There was a person ahead of me, but the piercer communicated and I didn’t have to wait long. When it was my turn, I had a lot of questions but they took their time and answered each one. The area was clean and the piercing was quick. The piercer kept checking in throughout the process which I appreciate! I would definitely go back.

Carlos is really nice and professional. The tattoo was super fast and he walked me through the entire process. I have been to many tattoo shops and this was one of my favorite experiences. He gave us both after care ointment, we will definitely be back for more.

I will say that the entire staff was very friendly and nice. However the pricing for piercings is OUTRAGEOUS! Idc if it is in the mall $80 for the piercing/Jewelry then $40 piercing fee $20 for the aftercare was absolutely highway robbery and had I did better research before hand I would have gone elsewhere with my daughter. The staff at the desk were very friendly and nice the whole visit. Talked to us and were very personable.

I got my first tattoo yesterday with Ruby and I have nothing but good things to say. When first meeting her she was nice and energetic about the tattoo design. The session and environment was relaxing and her station was organized and clean. I will be returning for more tattoos and definitely recommend her. She is a very talented artist.
