Arvin went above and beyond (even missing lunch) to make sure I walked away happy and was straightforward and patient with me! I had a set budget and the finance team worked diligently to meet me there. Not a bunch of pressuring and hassling like some dealerships do. Also, they made sure my car was cleaned and beautiful when pulling off the lot. Yesterday I completed the purchase of a 2019 GMC Terrain SLT and was very pleased with the Customer Service. I originally had an appointment with Luis but since he was conducting an earlier appointment I was given the opportunity to be assisted by Oscar. The test drive was great and to my surprise was not the usual take the vehicle around the block and come back. I was actually able to drive a mile or 2 which allowed my wife an i the opportunity to talk about the vehicle and experience the driving dynamics. I was well prepared with my paperwork including having my pre-qualification which made the financing a breeze. In the end I was able to complete the purchase, saved on a few add-ons, and as a bonus the day ended with my wife and eye taking a picture with the SUV wrapped in a bow.....

It’s rare that buying a used car is a stress relieving process, but man does this place run efficiently. I had the amazing help of Gorge Garcia (with some great assistance from David, Christian, Frank, Benjamin, and Chris) while looking for the right car. Gorge was able to show me my new car before it even hit the lot! He knew all about the car and was quick to point out anything he noticed wrong with it and was even quicker to fix it! As far as buying a car goes, I’m not sure it gets easier than California Motors Direct :)
