Miguel Barajas helped us greatly by showing us some options of RAV4 models and made the whole process painless. We knew that we were going into this purchase with the potential of being upside down since our existing car was only a yr. old but with the help of Miguel we got a good deal on both the trade in and the RAV4 that we ended buying. I am super pleased with my 2011 Lexus RX 450h with 60k miles and in immaculate condition. The team honored my requests for cosmetic corrections and prepared the vehicle within 24 hours.
