David and axel did a great job, showed up on time, did a great job and cleaned up nicely before leaving. Roof routine maintenance so it shouldn't leak this winter! Cleaned off moss, cleaned gutters and roof valleys and around chimney fixes slipped and caulked tiles. Jordan was the estimator, took pictures and explained the work to be done.

I had trouble finding someone to take care is a roof repair. No one wanted to bother until I reached Roof Recovery. They were more than happy to put me on the schedule and communicated several times leading up to my appointment. Their bid came complete with photos. They arrived as promised and the repair was completed by Jason Cervantes who was professional and thorough. They cleaned up so well that you wouldn’t even know they had been here. A supervisor then stopped by to do a thorough inspection with more photos and confirm that we were happy with the completed work.I would not hesitate to recommend them or call them back for any future roof needs!

Our experience begins like so many others….a water spot in the ceiling. We called Roof Recovery and Scott came out to inspect what could be wrong. Scott was fantastic because he is very thorough and explained in detail what was happening to cause the leak. As the job began Jesse the project manager communicated very well by answering calls and responding to text. As the job was wrapping up Jason came by to inspect all the work. Jason made sure everything was done properly and the site was cleaned up. Overall, Roof Recovery did an amazing job. The quality of the work is great!! The people of Roof Recovery (Scott, Jesse and Jason) made an extremely stressful repair so much easier. I highly recommend this company!

I had used Roof Recovery for a repair about a year ago. They were competent and professional so using them again was a no-brainer. I am very happy with their work this time and their customer care is excellent. They are able to provide pictures with their proposal and during the repair which gives the customer confidence that the work will be completed as specified. My quote included five broken tiles to be replaced, turns out I had a few more that were damaged or broken. Although the replacements were not an exact match they were able to place them so they did not stand out. I will certainly use them again.

I had a couple of spots where our roof leaked and had discolored our ceiling. I called Roof Recovery and Andrew came out within two days. He did a thorough investigation of the problem, showing me pictures that confirmed his assessment. He provided me with a reasonably priced bid and I accepted it. The crew came out the following week and completed most of the job that day. They completed the rest of it a few days later. Since I have not gone up on the roof, and I’m not a roofer, I will know if the job was done effectively when the rainy season begins. I expect that it has been done well. The only hiccup was a few instances of communication, but these were quickly resolved and do not affect my overall satisfaction . I would use them again.

From the start in scheduling the appointment I expressed I cannot afford roof replacement. The sales person looked at the entire roof and accessed the damages with supporting photos. The repairs were within my budget. The work was completed with before, during and after repair photos. Roof Recovery from beginning to the end was professional, knowledgeable, great customer service. I had a water spot on a ceiling in my house so called roof recovery to do an inspection. The tech who came out spent over an hour on the roof pulling up tiles and inspecting and I figured he’d tell me I needed a new roof! Instead, he informed me that there was some dry rot that needed replacing, 27 broken tiles, and very dirty and clogged valleys (but no roof replacement, thank God!)
I had no idea that you should have your valleys cleaned and roof checked but their two man crew worked tirelessly for three days and the difference was amazing- they give you before and after photos which are pretty amazing!
A few days after they had finished I was washing my solar panels and normally I would have some water dripping down the tiles into the gutter but now the water collected in the new valley and poured into the gutter like a waterfall- the difference was really amazing!
Honestly, I never knew what a “roof valley” was or what happens when they get clogged but now I know and will have them inspected every few years or so. I hadn’t been on my roof so had no idea that I had missing and broken tiles and roof recovery repaired or replaced everything for a very fair price- these guys are great!
I had to have some solar panels moved before they could do the job and they worked with my schedule, started when they said they would and finished in a matter of days. The two workers who did the job worked from morning till evening and really did a fantastic job- I would use this company again in a heart beat!
If you are having issues it don’t know anything about roofs (like me) it would be absolutely worth it to use roof recovery to do an inspection and complete any necessary work. Jesse always responded immediately to my texts and all in all it was a wonderful experience working with roof recovery.. they are definitely worth the 5 stars!

I needed some shingle repair work done due to a pretty bad wind storm. I had 3 contractors come out to take a look at the job, they all acted intrested, but never gave me a quote. Apparently it wasn't worth their time. Then Alex with roof recovery showed up. He acted very interested even in this small repair job. So he furnished me with a quote pretty quickly. Lead time was probably my only complaint. It was around 4-5 weeks. But thats understandable seeing how good this crew was.Im sure they have a lot of jobs lined up.. They showed up, got right to work, replaced a big chunk of the shingles in the damaged area, patched any existing shingles that were damaged. He replaced some rotten facia and it came out very nice. Now its just up to me to paint. I will continue to go with them for any future roofing work I need. Highly recommend

Relatively great and professional experience throughout the entire process. High praises to Andrew who helped with quoting and being my main line of communication for almost everything throughout the project. While others only called once and didn’t leave a voicemail or any details whatsoever since I couldn’t pick up the call while I was working, Andrew took extra care into making sure I was aware of everything going on. Your other PM/coordinators need to be aware that some of us work and can’t always exclusively pick up their calls. This should already be a given but please leave a voicemail instead of blaming me for not picking up.
