We had a very good experience. The breakfast was great and the attendant performed excellent service. The room was clean (linens, sheets and bathroom). The carpet was vacuumed however, I think the carpets should be cleaned.

We enjoyed our stay a great deal. The hotel provided complimentary snacks in our room. The breakfast each morning was wonderful. I especially enjoyed the fresh fruit. The rooms were cleaned each day. It was conveniently located to the freeway which made traveling to and from the hotel really convenient.

Months ahead of preparations and looking for some places to stay. We end up booking to this hotel, about 40 minutes from San Diego Zoo Safari. They provide hot breakfasts. Thats the main thing before going to the Safari. When we got to the hotel, the receptionists greet us tight away and took our reservation and gave our keys to the rooms. Our rooms are nicely done with clean sheets. Double checked it with UV light/black light that I always have. Took a shower that night and the water is strong and a lot. Not like some hotels we went before. That night while a sleep, noticed the ac is not blowing cold air. Thinking it was just the settings. I adjust it to 64 with ac on and air at 3. Felt like it was just air and not blowing cold. Changed the settings again the next day. But found that its really not blowing cold enough. Oh well, its the thanksgiving week and the weather is a little colder. So its not really a major of a deal since were not gonna stay there all the time. Also that night, around 3am. Looks like neighbors upstairs just came in and can hear their foot steps. We can hear several people walking back and forth, also can hear the water and shower. Next morning for hot breakfasts, the have toast, waffles, sausage, eggs, bacon, breakfast cereals, fruits, coffee, juice, no white or chocolate milk. Over all, the hot breakfast is great, this hotel is great. Well definitely stay here again in case we come by to the area again.

Hands down the best choice hotel Ive stayed at. The amenities, the cleanliness of the rooms and linens, the breakfast selection and freshness, staff friendliness, location, lack of outside noise, everything was excellent! I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting that area!

Fantastic breakfast of bacon, eggs, fresh fruit, biscuits with gravy...very appreciated at the start of the day. Friendly staff gave me a room at 11am to be accommodating. Right next to an In and Out :) Beautiful palm trees everywhere. This is a nice place to stay.

We received a warm welcome when we arrive around 11pm. The staff were so nice and very helpful. The room was clean and we received a room cleaning each day we stayed without having to ask. The complimentary breakfast was great and gave us a lot of options. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

Lobby was very nice, clean, and comfortable. Staff was friendly and really took my speacial request into consideration. Location is great so much restaurants to choose from and shopping across the street. Will definitely stay in the inn again.

We wanted a hotel close to the San Diego Safari Park that had great reviews and price and this is the hotel! We booked 2 rooms using AAA and each room was only $127 with tax. Will worth the value. Staff was very nice and hotel was very nice and the bed was great! Hotel is older but it is worth staying there. You wont be disappointed!
