We couldnt have found a better realtor than Beverly Homes provided us with. Linda Kyser did find us our perfect home. We live in upper state NY and it was a challenge for us at our age. Working with Beverly Homes has been great. We purchased a home in Ocean Palms and Kevin Barry made everything so easy. He was quick to answer any questions and help us work through the process. Patrick Acuna also did an exceptional job ensuring the house was ready, even with the quick turn around. I have to commend Kevin and Patrick for going above and beyond what was expected. They ensured a misdelivered package to our home was safe and secure until we could get there to retrieve it. If I could rate more than 5 stars, I gladly would!!

We recently purchased a new construction home on Lifestyle Ct. in the Ocean Palms community. The quality of construction craftmanship, and the purchase/closing processes were exemplary. Kevin Barry and Patrick (Superintendent, last name?) along with their staff were very professional and thorough with the whole process(introduction, walk-thru, closing, etc.) Post-closing, we encountered a minor plumbing issue that was rectified within 24 hrs.. Kevin and Patrick were integral in the repair process and were extremely responsive. They followed up on the situation with numerous contacts as the situation unfolded. Everyone I worked with gave me a positive, optimistic feeling like we were family! Beverly Homes strove to make sure they communicated with me at every step in the purchasing process. I love my new home and the amenities. The structure of this home feels solid and all the people I came in contact with along the way were professional, did what they promised and told me they had my back. I have never had a more secure feeling about this purchase and have bought many homes and properties in my lifetime.

Adam is an amazing sales agent; he was always available for us onsite and offsite. He responded immediately to any question and calls that we made from NJ. initially, Caroyln was the 1st sale mgr. that we were in contact with, she connected us with Adam in Pawleys Island and gave us a great overview of the project. She followed up on our initial plans and set up an appointment to visit the area and look for the perfect home for us. Since then, we were working with Adam and Mike the site manager. Very professional and accommodating individuals that made the purchase of the house till the final walk thru a pleasure. We are highly recommending purchasing a similar quality build house from Bverly Homes. Adam is an amazing and helpful person who educated us about the area. Adam is always being very helpful for any request and question that we had.

Beverly Homes was great to work with from start to finish. The in-house realtor, Adam, was quick to respond throughout the process and took ownership of the process so we never needed to worry. The workmanship on our house was incredible, and the whole team took every opportunity to make the process smooth AND to deliver a product even better than expected. I have considerable experience with builders, and while so many of them seem to cut corners, Beverly was completely the opposite. We are just about a week after closing, and I asked for a last-minute change. The builder could easily have denied the request, knowing that we were locked in to the purchase, but instead jumped in to make the change and then followed up several times to make sure I was happy. (Thank you, Will!) Communication was also incredible, and each person was nicer than the last. In fact I just had a call from Bob, the man who takes care of post closing warranty issues. Not only is Bob helping me with something outside of the purchase, but he gave me his cell phone in case I need anything moving forward. We could not be happier and HIGHLY recommend Beverly! Thank you, Team!

Julia and Eston from Beverly homes were amazing! Leading up to the closing on our Beverly home; Julia answered every question we had and we had a lot of questions! Eston was thorough with the walkthrough he went over important information regarding our appliances and their warranties. He took us through each and every room of the house and allowed us to point out issues that we wanted addressed which were minor issues. All the issues were addressed before we closed on our home. One issue that we didnt notice during the walkthrough he had somebody in to address the issue and fix it within an hour. We are very pleased with our home and extremely happy that we went with Beverly homes!

Jennifer is excellent at taking care of warranty issues efficiently and quickly. One thing I would definitely change is the Frigidaire ovens as many of us have issues with them and the issues occur more than once. My home is built well and comfortable.

We closed on our Beverly Homes house a few weeks ago. The process went very smoothly from the initial showings right up to the closing. Jackson , the sellers agent, was a pleasure to work with. He was there with you every step of the way and was always very quick to respond to any questions or concerns. Josh, the builder superintendent, was also very helpful by being available on-site and responsive to any concerns with the walkthroughs. Tabby, the closing transaction coordinator, was on top of keeping track of the closing process and that everything was updated and ready for the closing. The majority of our experience with Beverly Homes was through Jackson. We worked with him for well over a year as we prepared to build our home in Conway. Jackson is professional and extremely knowledgeable about the home building business. Even though it took us over a year to start the building process, he was always willing to take the time to meet and discuss whatever we desired to discuss. Once we started to build our home, Jackson was kind enough to send us pictures of the progress and keep us up to date on the entire process -would not have wanted to build a home 9 hours away without him! We came to Conway back on February to look around for a home. With the recommendation of our Real Estate agent Lauren Buckler we looked at homes at both Woodside and Rivertown. Both were fantastic areas. We selected Rivertown for a few reasons. Tim was great to work with. He was very helpful in showing us different styles and lots. Tim would answer any questions we had about anything almost instantly. Made us feel very comfortable about our purchase.Though not a fan of a water view, the more we saw it the more we loved it. Being able to select the lot we wanted with the style of house we wanted was key. Tabby was excellent and easy to deal with. If I had any questions, she would quickly get back to me with an answer. At our pre walkthrough we had the pleasure with dealing with Chanon. He has been wonderful. Has taken care of a couple of issues we had and taken care of almost instantly.
