I started coming to this practice in April because of concerns about a deviated septum. I saw Dr. Aubrey McCullough on my second visit, and she confirmed my diagnosis. After that appointment, we scheduled a septoplasty and turbunate reduction which I had in the beginning of August. Dr. MCcullough didn't use splints after the operation, so I didn't suffer from headaches during my recovery, and now 4 weeks after my breathing is so much better. She, along with all the nurses and staff at the Freehold office, answered all my questions and overall I had a great experience.

Amazing experience. Not my usual office. Jacquie welcomed me warmly and took vitals. Dr. Mignone is incredibly punctual, knowledgeable, gentle and compassionate. I was seen at my appointment time. Dr. Mignone gave me his full attention and treated me.

I went to see Dr. Sterling when I had a hearing loss issue on one of the ears. Dr. Sterling did a thorough exam and took the excessive earwax out. I could immediately hear better after the procedure. I scheduled a hearing test in September and will determine the options after we see the results. Dr. Sterling and his staff are very professional and helpful.

The last time I visited my ENT I was a little disappointed. I did not care for the gentleman at the front desk. He did not seem to be happy at being there or waiting on me. Also it felt like my doctor was in a hurry to see her next patient, like she was over booked that day.
This time I was much happier. I was greeted by a very polite, friendly woman at the front desk. Also the doctor was not in a rush. She took the time to explain what was going on and listen to and answer my questions. She cared. I did not feel anyone was unhappy, unfriendly or rushed.
