High Efficiency Cooling and Heating was the 4th HVAC company we met with. We were very impressed with Charton’s knowledge and expertise in regards to the Carrier Heat Pump System that we were looking to purchase. He clearly explained how the Greener Homes program worked. We booked with Charton within a day and he arranged to have the Energy Advisor come the next day. Kevin was our Energy Advisor for our pre-audit and he was very thorough and honest. Our installation happened 3 days later. Han and Jason were our installers. They showed up on time and were here all day working on installing the Heat Pump, Furnace, Humidifier, and Thermostat. They cleaned up after themselves and Han was very patient setting up the ecobee thermostat and explaining how it works. Kevin returns in 2 days to do the post audit report and will put the paperwork through for our rebate. The warm air has finally arrived and we are ready for it now. Thank you team!

My old high efficiency Lennox furnace was reaching its end so I obtained quotes from several local contractors on a new one. After comparing their service proposals and features of major brands Carrier, Trane and Lennox, I hired High Efficiency Cooling & Heating to supply and install a Carrier Performance furnace in mid December, 2019. From the onset I was very impressed by the knowledge and attentiveness of our sales rep Charton. He took time to study our existing system and duct work and explain which model would best fit our need and, he was the only rep who went through in great details about the what and how of available Enbridge home improvement rebates. The price quoted was not the cheapest but very reasonable considering the quality of installation, the extra details of the work, the extent of Chartons going out of his way to accommodate us and facilitate the energy audit, as well as the labour and parts warranty offered. The installation was excellently done by 2 master technicians, led by Lu. When they unboxed the new furnace they advised us right away that there was a dent on the side and they needed to get a new one from warehouse. Although it took an extra 2 hours, as customer we appreciated such a responsible practice. The furnace made a significant difference in heating comfort of our house. I highly recommend this company, and get Charton to quote if you can.

Excellent Service Sam was great! I received a text that a service tech would be arriving today per scheduled furnace maintenance. He arrived between the stated time and was very respectful of ones property. He was prompt and diligent at ensuring all parts of the furnace that needed to be maintained & adjusted. He fixed gas limiter spring to adjust gas flow. He was great going over what I needed to know and if I needed to monitor anything in particular. He left, job done, very clean. Great job, Sam! And have been with High Efficiency for almost 15 +years for both heating & air conditioning. Very satisfied and highly recommended.
