The gym itself was great, great facilities, great machines all that. Fairly nice and accommodating staff. But I did EXPLICITLY ask the receptionist when i signed up for the day pass (which btw insane you have to give email, phone number and a picture of my photo ID FOR A DAY PASS) that I did not want to get emails from their business and she said she would not include me from their email list. In the end I did get spam mail from their business which is why I left a four star review.

I used to live in Winnipeg and every time I come back to visit I come back to work out here to keep my routine. The facility is AMAZING and all the staff are so kind and helpful. Definitely part of what I miss the most about living in Winnipeg ❤️

I had a great experience at Shapes Fitness McPhillips! Lara was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional. She took the time to answer all my questions and made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. Her positive attitude and excellent customer service made the whole experience enjoyable.
