John and Danny provided excellent service. They arrived on time after notifying me they were on the way, John thoroughly explained everything he was going to do, including answering my questions about my service plan. They were courteous and friendly—-even to my dog which is very important to me. They took their time and didn’t make me feel rushed when I had questions. There are many clichés I could use to describe the service but just suffice it to say I am very pleased and if I could, I would request John for every service call or maintenance call that I have in the future.

Dillan showed up after what I would call after business hours. He assessed the problem with my door motor and offered suggestions to remedy the problem with pricing for the suggestions. He was quick and efficient and also very pleasant to deal with. I highly recommend Duke's Garage Doors and Dillan Thrasher.

My house is 3 years old and I felt that my 2 garage doors were due for service as they were a little noisy. DGD sent a technician out the next morning. Both doors were inspected, serviced, and adjusted and are much quieter are are closing properly. Great job at a reasonable price.

DGD replaced our entire garage door opener and components and we are extremely happy with the product and Chris Y, the installation technician. Chris explained exactly what would take place and offered his insight to help with our decision making! He explained how the entire system works and walked us through installing the app on our phones, how to operate the key pads and what to expect! This review is mainly about the technician George. He behaved the whole time very professionally. He completed the job to my full satisfaction. Did not leave until I was fully satisfied. I am not sure if it was expensive or inexpensive, however, I have had contact with another garage door company by the name of precision. Their technician asked for much much higher fee than what George charged me for this job.

WOW- DGD IS AMAZING I had an exceptional experience with DGD from start to finish. Late Friday afternoon around 3:00 PM, I discovered that my garage door spring and support bracket had broken. From the moment I called, the team was friendly, courteous, and highly professional. To my surprise, they were able to dispatch a representative the very same day—without any additional or emergency service fees. I was given a service window between 4:00–7:00 PM, and right at 4:00 PM, I received a thoughtful introduction text that included a photo and brief bio of the technician, Randy. Shortly after, Randy personally called to introduce himself—setting a great tone before he even arrived. When Randy arrived, he greeted me with a firm handshake and direct eye contact—something I truly value as a business professional. He quickly assessed the issue and took the time to clearly and thoroughly explain what was wrong. His ability to communicate the problem in straightforward, easy-to-understand terms—without unnecessary jargon—demonstrated both expertise and integrity. Randy then presented three transparent and well-explained options, walking me through each one in detail so I could make an informed decision. Once we agreed on the best solution, he immediately got to work and completed the entire repair in about an hour. The level of professionalism, efficiency, and craftsmanship Randy displayed truly set a new standard. After completing the job, he carefully tested the system and ensured the workspace was left exactly as he found it. To say I’m impressed would be an understatement. This was a seamless, top-tier experience, and I will absolutely be using and recommending DGD moving forward.

Garage door opener died on a Saturday. Called Dukes and they had a tech out about an hour later. Chris did a great job! He had a new opener installed with new rollers and reworked the braces all within 2 hours. Great price, excellent service and Chris was a real professional. Would absolutely recommend Dukes.
