Randy from Duke's garage doors came to our home today, and was very personable, on time, and did a great job. Luckily our garage door only needed a tune-up, but he was ready to do whatever it took to get it working again perfectly, and he did, and the price was very reasonable. He also sent a text this morning that said he was on his way, approximately when he would arrive, and included a tracking service so we literally could watch him on a map as he headed our way. We are very impressed with the service Randy gave us and we would definitely use Duke's garage door again and refer our neighbors.

Service: October 20, 2026 Jimmy from DGD came to fix something left by the more-popular chain-competitor... The other company screwed up the springs on my garage door and Jimmy identified the loose screw which made the door "heavier". If this company stands by Jimmy's work ethic, I'd say they are honest and reliable. I know who to call next for service! The other company -they have a cheaper "29-point inspection for $30" but they'll try to force you into a $1,500 sale (but don't worry, they'll offer you a $500 discount) Be weary of any sales pitch from anyone.. So far DGD was not pushy, upfront and seemed to know what they're doing.. My garage door sounds perfect - thanks DGD!

The spring broke on my garage door. My poor motorcycle was trapped inside. Dukes came out same day. Evaluated. And gave me several quotes with different prices. Explained each option throughly and the benefits of each one. I was upsold, just educated and I made the choice that was right for my needs. Wasn’t made to feel like my choice was wrong. Then they installed and fixed it right then and there. Superior service. That’s hard to come by anywhere these days.

We were amazed that a tech was able to respond to our broken garage door spring on a Sunday. The tech arrived in the window of time given, was courteous and professional. He explained the work required to replace the spring, kindly recommended other improvements, and patiently answered all our questions. First time with this company. Daniel came out and provided a couple of options...inexpensivevvs a more expensive....ibwent with the latter. He was very personable, nice, and professional. He completed the full install in 1 hour. I texted Dukes in the wee hours of the morning and received an almost immediate response from Lenny.
