Great product and great service -- they worked with my insurance, and made the process quite easy. The circular knit hose are great - I can get them on and off easily, and be comfortable in them all day.

I am impressed with the level of service and care that I experienced! Absolute met me at the wound care clinic for my measurements and garment ordering. Within 1 1/2 weeks of ordering , my custom garments were ready! Again, for my convenience they met me at my appointment with the wound clinic and made sure I understood my new garments and how to put them on and care for them. We also discussed more garment options that I will likely need in the future as I navigate my lipedema/lymphadema. I finally feel like I found a service provider that genuinely cares about people, my medical needs as well as my size! I consider Absolute as part of my care team and highly recommend!

We are very happy with the service of Absolute Medical. My toddler needs compression garments about every 2-3 months for his a vascular disorder and both John and Colleen have been outstanding when it comes to fitting, follow up and recurring orders/customer service. I would definitely recommend this place.

I have had a great experience with Absolute. I love that they come to my PT so it’s super convenient to schedule. All the reps I’ve interacted with have been really knowledgable and helpful. And customer service is amazing (especially Colleen)! They have helped me navigate (and maximize) my insurance benefits. Recently I had an issue with some of my garments. They spoke to the manufacturer and got me replacement garments - I hadn’t even thought about asking for them. I think I still think of my compression sleeves as just an expensive burden and not as medical equipment that’s as necessary as other medical things. Absolute knows it’s DME. I have nothing but good things to say about them!

The experience was quite good. A woman measured me and I expected a call when they were delivered to your Hubbard St. address. But I had to call. The stockings were in. And I went right over. They were prepared for me. John showed me the correct way of putting one stocking on. Then his assistant showed me. Last, I put one stocking on my right foot. Sadly, I only had time to mention that I was disabled below the waist from spine surgery. So that putting socks on or custom compression stockings on is VERY complicated because I cannot easily reach my toes. Furthermore, remember, your skilled personnel are doing it to me. They don't know how hard it is for me to do it on me, myself. So I expect that as I work to perfect this skill, I will be calling the firm for help.

Absolute Medical and their team are great. They are very responsive and want to make sure everything is just how you need it. Especially given that soo many of these medical garments Absolute Medical is ordering are custom fit, that attention to detail is essential. I have been going to them for four plus years to process the custom made garments I need, and I will continue to do so for the foreseeable future.
