GoogleIve had them do full installs and routine maintenance and they have been great in both settings. Their people are thorough and responsive to questions. They were the only company that offered extra input for a return air situation, doing a thorough inspection before quoting and then their prices are very reasonable too. Weve had a couple of little things come up and theyve taken care of them quickly so I would definitely recommend them and will continue using them myself.

GoogleVery professional business. We had a leak in the refrigerant line which was close to still being under our home warranty but was actually outside of the warranty period. They sent a supervisor out to our home to look at the issue and they scheduled a technician the next day to fix the problem no charge. I appreciated the fast service and consideration, especially as it was close to being covered under warranty, but not technically still under warranty. I am very pleased with their prompt attention and professionalism.

GoogleWe have an annual contract with Chinook to test and inspect our heating and cooling system twice per year, at the change of seasons. Their technicians are thorough in their work and respectful of home cleanliness. They know our system and it’s performance over time. Today’s Chinook technician, Roland, did their normal and thorough inspection, and recommended switching from 4” MERV-13 to MERV-11 to extend the expected life of the fan.
