I have used Chinook Heating & Air for years to maintain my HVAC system. I also had them clean my ducts and install an "air scrubber". The technicians are always professional, and I am always happy with the service they provide. I like that they take the time to put on boot covers before they enter the house! Heriberto just yesterday serviced my system, explained exactly what he was going to do and why, and asked if I had any questions when he was done. He was great, as are all their people. Thank you!

When our HVAC failed Chinook was able to come help the same day. Rigoberto was friendly and professional and answered all our myriad questions as he did a thorough inspection of all parts of our heat pump and furnace. He explained the various issues and fixed and cleaned everything, and gave us a lot of good advice. The service we received made me want to stick with Chinook for our HVAC provider.

Chinook got us a service tech, Christian A.,within two hours of our call. He was able to diagnose and replace our bad capacitor quickly, and had our system blowing cold again within 45 minutes. Service was outstanding, highly recommended, and got us on an annual preventative service plan. Thank you Chinook H & A.

Christian came out and found the problem the installers left and fixed it. He also cleaned up around the outside unit where oil had been spilled and not cleaned up during installation. He did a fantastic job. He was efficient and effective. Great job done by him! He knows his stuff and treats custom well.

I recently had Christian from Chinook Heating & Air, come out to my home to repair my air conditioning unit. I was very impressed with his professionalism, knowledge, and customer service.

Christian arrived on time and was dressed in clean, professional attire. He was very polite and courteous, and he took the time to explain the problem with my unit in a way that I could understand. He also offered some helpful suggestions for how to improve the efficiency of my system in the long term.

Christian was very thorough in his work. He took the time to diagnose the problem
correctly, and he made sure that the repair was done correctly. He also left my home clean and tidy when he was finished.

I would highly recommend Christian to anyone who needs AC repair or maintenance. He is a skilled technician who is also a pleasure to work with.

Uriel performed the initial system checkup on my furnace and A/C unit. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable and very willing to explain his inspection and maintenance process. The service he provided was high quality, friendly, and was promptly during the 2 hour window that was scheduled. Uriel made sure to answer any questions I had and that I understood how follow up maintenance would be performed in the future. July 17th, 2023. Our AC system kept shutting off & on every minute, then the thermostat would go blank on the screen. Called Chinook and they sent Rigoberto around 6pm. Rigoberto got our AC working that night but said there is a fault with our 2 Stage Cooling and that he can work on it the next day. Rigoberto showed up around 11am and immediately began troubleshooting the fault. It took some time to find the problem but he did and got it fixed. Very Happy with Rigoberto's work. I would definitely be asking for him when I have HVAC problems. Thanks Rigo!

As always, we had a great experience with Chinook! Rigoberto got our system back up and running and even connected our wireless thermostat extension unit that A1 originally installed but NEVER paired with our thermostat. I won’t use anyone else ever again. Chinook is 10/10 every time

AC wasn't do it what it should, Carlos came out and identified the problem, unfortunately it will need a different tech to do the fix. He loaded us up with freon for a band. Very nice fellow.

Provided excellent service. Technician listened to description of problem and after a few minutes of trouble shooting he found the problem. He described what was wrong and listed the parts for repair. Got my approval and he had the system operational in a short amount of time. He was professional and did not try to up sell for additional services. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing HVAC repair.

This company is phenomenal! Alfa, Julio, Pedro, Carlos, and Heriberto are amazing and incredibly hard workers. Cole is generous and kind, and literally saved us this summer. I can’t recommend them enough.

Our AC system went out this spring and after calling Chinook they took such good care of us. We had an ancient relic that finally died, and they replaced it with a gorgeous, efficient, and quiet unit. The installation was done in a day, and is simple to use.

Alfa was so kind to me, and I’ll never forget how much relief I felt knowing that my family wasn’t going to struggle in the heat this summer. I have experienced heat stroke twice in my lifetime, and the possibility that we wouldn’t have access to AC was terrifying.

Thank you so much to everyone that has helped our family during this process, we are incredibly grateful for everything you’ve done.
