Andrew’s process is just like the ads say. His rep Ed, came in, looked at the house and had an offer in 30 minutes. The property was a little distressed but I had a price in mind that I needed for my next place. He beat it by $25k so I was happy. He worked with me on the closing date so I could get into my new place easily. Simple and easy, just the way I like it.

Though we did not accept Andrews offer, the whole experience was really professional. Jim came in and explained the process, and made it very clear how the come up with their offer. The whole process took about 45 minutes and like I said, though we didnt accept their offer, Jim made the it easy. I would recommend Andrew and his team if you are interested in cash buyouts, they make it easy peasy!
