Jim, from Andrew The Homebuyer, stopped by my house yesterday to take a look around and make me an offer. He couldnt have been more professional and respectful. At the end of the day, they didnt want to do buy my house because it they couldnt offer what my house is worth and it wasnt a good business decision for them. Jim was completely upfront about the offer they could make and advised me that i would be better off selling the traditional way, which i kind of figured was going to be the case. He also pointed me in the right direction for my next logical move. I would definitely call them again if I needed their services!

Jim arrived on time and made a thorough inspection of my late brother’s home. He took a lot of photos as well. If you need to sell quick or need the money than yes this would be a good option but for myself, since my sell is not a have or need to sell, Id do better for myself placing it on the market.
