Jim, from Andrew The Homebuyer, stopped by my house yesterday to take a look around and make me an offer. He couldnt have been more professional and respectful. At the end of the day, they didnt want to do buy my house because it they couldnt offer what my house is worth and it wasnt a good business decision for them. Jim was completely upfront about the offer they could make and advised me that i would be better off selling the traditional way, which i kind of figured was going to be the case.
