Dr. Kam took exceptional care of my mother during her appointment. Listened to all of her concerns and gave her exactly what she was looking for. The staff is friendly and welcoming. I have had ear issues since I was a baby, so I have interacted with many ENT specialists over the years. Dr. Fonseca is in that top tier. He listens intently to my concerns and provides reasonable options. I also love the fact that he, along with most of my other medical team, collaborate electronically. This is really important to me as I can reach him via internet for non emergencies and Pre-Check ins. I also worked with Kathyrn Dubois, the audiologist specialist in the practice. She also gets an A+ for her kindness and professionalism. Don't hesitate to work with them; they are all pros.
