I saw NP Andrea Farwell during an urgent care appointment. She was extremely thorough and honestly gave me a better exam than a doctor I saw. She examined my nasal cavity with a tool the doctor did not use and as I said, she was so very thorough. I would highly recommend a visit with her. I would actually rather see her instead of the doctors - she doesn’t speak over you when you’re talking and she is kind and knowledgeable.

Met with Shannon Erlich for sinus pressure/pain. She gave me a thorough examination and prescribed a medication for use in a nasal irrigation. I started feeling better the following day. Unlike some doctors nowadays, she made me feel like I was her only patient that day. She did not try to rush the examination or rush out of the room without giving me a chance to ask questions. I appreciate her professionalism and her caring attitude toward me.
