After waiting 10 years to have my revision rhinoplasty done, I researched for quite some time to determine who I felt would be the best surgeon for this procedure. This is a wonderful practice with skilled physicians that go the extra mile to provide an excellent level of care. We have seen both Dr Becker and Dr Kim for different issues and the experience was top notch on both occasions. The doctors and office staff were all very friendly and helpful. Scheduling was easy and the office is run very efficiently. Wait time to see the doctor was very minimal and the checkout process was very quick. On both occasions the doctors went out of their way to make sure all of our questions and concerns were addressed and set a plan in motion to work towards a resolution to the problem we were being seen for. I feel very comfortable with this practice and will recommend them to anyone who asks in the future.

I am 67 years old and I came into the Philadelphia office for an oral exam. We met with PA Robert Hughes, who I must say was the best, making it the best doctor office experience I have ever had in my life. This man was so knowledgeable and caring, and so thorough. My daughter who is a ‘rookie’ RN Accompanied me And Robert Hughes talked to her with such respect And professionalism, it almost brought tears to my eyes. I had a telehealth appointment with Alyssa Molfese which I was very impressed. We spent half an hour going over my problem and coming up with 4 exercises that I will do two or three times a day. We also set up two telehealth appointments and will then determine which direction our visits will take.
