Very professional and friendly staff starting at the front desk. I cannot say wnough abput Robert Hughes. Compassionate, caring, funny, knowledgeable, friendly. I was super nervous at this appointment today. He came right in the exam room breaking the ice with humor. I would recommend this practice without any reservations.

I was fortunate to land at Dr. Daniel Becker’s office, after years of ENT’s that did nothing for my ailments. I have been in his care while successfully tackling difficult chronic issues. Even though I have been wearing hearing aides for a number of years Dr. B recommended I check in with the audiologist to get a well check. That’s when the benefits of his entire professional office kicked in as I met audiologist, Paris M. Atabek, Au.D. I thought I might get pushed into a newer hearing aide, instead she graciously updated the technological system, thoroughly adjusted the hearing aides and reviewed & explained its intricacies That experience led me to a deeper understanding of my device, and how it could work better for me. I give my highest recommendation to Dr. Becker and his personal, professional, pleasant colleagues.

Staff is professional, friendly and helpful. Dr Farwell is beyond all expectations, efficient, knowledgeable, and extremely understanding to all of my inquiries. I had a hearing deficit most of my adult life, had been to other ENT with no improvement. Dr Farwell meticulously and painlessly returned my hearing 100% over several treatments. This is a gift that keeps on giving! There arent enough stars to say Thank You!!

Booking was simple and the check-in process moved fast, so there was no waiting around filling out endless forms. Everyone I interacted with was warm and approachable, and clearly knew their stuff. They listened carefully, pinpointed what was going on, and walked me through options for addressing it. The whole visit wrapped up faster than I expected. Would absolutely come back and suggest them to anyone looking.
