John and Danny provided excellent service. They arrived on time after notifying me they were on the way, John thoroughly explained everything he was going to do, including answering my questions about my service plan. They were courteous and friendly—-even to my dog which is very important to me. They took their time and didn’t make me feel rushed when I had questions. There are many clichés I could use to describe the service but just suffice it to say I am very pleased and if I could, I would request John for every service call or maintenance call that I have in the future.

Early Sunday morning, I heard a beeping sound in the basement. It was our Rinnai tankless water heater displacing number 17 on the control panel. We don’t have hot water.Called High efficiency cooling and heating company, the same company that does maintenance for our furnace and AC. Rick called to schedule a technician for Monday. The company provided a very professional technician name Harry. He explained in detailed what was the problem and worked on it right away. Great experience makes it very appealing to continue being a customer of High efficiency heating and cooling. Thank you so much for the great job Harry.

Agile pest control are true professionals with skilled technicians. My technician was Steve showed up right on time got up on the roof and resolved my issues immediately. The follow up post service has also been excellent. I highly recommend them.

Dillan showed up after what I would call after business hours. He assessed the problem with my door motor and offered suggestions to remedy the problem with pricing for the suggestions. I had a really great experience at Black Cloud in Matthews. I originally had a bad experience at another shop where my eyebrow piercing was done incorrectly and left me with a scar, so I was honestly a little nervous going somewhere new. But at Black Cloud, the service was amazing from the start. Kaleb did both my eyebrow and lip piercings, and he was super sweet, patient, and made me feel really comfortable the whole time. He also took the time to give me helpful tips on how to heal the bump/scar on my eyebrow, which I really appreciated. Overall, the environment was welcoming, and everyone there was professional and kind. I definitely recommend Black Cloud if you’re looking for a place that actually cares about their clients and does things the right way.

The passenger side window to my Toyota Avalon was cracked. Daniel (the owner) came to my house and had it replaced in 20 minutes at a very fair price. Daniel is a good guy and does great work. I would absolutely use them again for my window replacement needs.
