Nothing is fun in setting up a trust & will. My wife and I are in our 70s and this is another 1st for us. Initial experience a little nerving. Mr Olsen explained what we need to complete to make out estate safe after we are gone. Went smooth. Our 2nd visit went very well. Jessica was very patient in explaining the closing of our wills with signing and making sure everything is accurate and up to date. Her ease of explaining this to us made us feel relaxed. My appointment was booked quickly, the technician arrived at the start of the booking window, and the problem was determined to be a faulty board. Unfortunately it was discontinued, but was not entirely. Unexpected. Fast and friendly service, good advice from the techs, and everything was within the estimate provided.
