We have had our whole-home Kinetico system for nearly three years now, and the difference in our daily lives is undeniable. The most immediate change was the water quality—having clean, filtered water at every tap is a huge plus for the family. Since the installation, we’ve noticed we are using significantly less soap and detergent, and our appliances seem to be running much more efficiently without the scale buildup. A major win for us is the lack of hard water spots; we no longer deal with those stubborn white marks in the showers or tubs after use. The only trade-off we’ve experienced is a noticeable drop in water pressure, particularly in the bathrooms. It takes quite a bit longer to fill the bathtub than it used to, and I do wish the shower pressure was a bit stronger. Overall, though, the benefits of clean, soft water have made it a worthwhile investment for our home.

I got a daith piercing here by Hannah and she did a great job!! She was so kind and quick, as well as knowledgeable. I was nervous because I’ve heard the daith piercing can be pretty intense, but the experience was smooth and as easy/painless as could be. Great experience!!

I have contacted Pinky’s regarding a new entry door and Connor has been carrying me through the whole process patiently and knowingly. Being a home owner I had no idea about what and how to order, about the characteristics of the doors and the options available. The website is amazingly easy to navigate and gives you all the info you need including updated inventory information. This transparency and honesty is what drew me to the company, but especially it was the prompt and kind support provided by Connor, who patiently answered all my questions and helped me figure out all details step by step. Looking forward to receiving the door. Super excited and I know it will look amazing. The true value of this company is that they have so many models in stock and you can get you order delivered in two weeks! Fantastic!

In February 2026 we replaced our Kinetico K5 Drinking Water Station. Our first Kinetico K5 lasted 13 years with no issues, so gave us more than expected service life. Tap water in Caledon, at times, smells and tastes like chemicals so not pleasant to drink or use for cooking. The K5 has always provided great tasting water and this time we added the Mineral Plus cartridge. When time came to replace the K5 (nothing lasts forever) we checked out various other brands both functionally and user reviews and none compared to the K5. Yes, the K5 may seem a little pricey but we weighed that against proven longevity, warranty and water taste test when available. Customer service team patiently answered our questions with no pressure to purchase a new unit. Installation was carefully and professionally done.

I had an incredibly positive experience with this AA rehab program. It has 3 levels of care....a detox, residential & PHP. The staff was compassionate, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in each individual's recovery journey. The program offered a safe, supportive environment & a variety of resources that made a huge difference in my recovery. On campus there is a yoga studio, fitness gym, library & a men's and women's lounge. The meals are excellent with attention to those with special dietary needs. Guests can have visitors weekly. I'm deeply grateful for the caring community & tools I gained, and I highly recommend it to anyone seeking help.

We called about a noisy garage door and were able to get service on the same day. The tech was a little late for the appointment but came out and worked on the issue and was able to quiet the door with new rollers and some garage door grease
