Overall great spot. I've only been here once but the staff was friendly and I appreciate that they have snacks and drinks available. My only complaint is that I could definitely smell weed in certain areas of the building and you really have to know how to use all the equipment, because there isnt much guidance.

Had a wonderful experience, my first time ever riding in a limo. Both drivers, Joe who drove us to the airport, and then Bawa who picked us up at the airport were both very courteous and friendly, and the vehicles were spotless. We felt safe and comfortable with both drivers , and Bawa even provided us with a bottle of water after our flight. We highly recommend this company!

I ultimately decided to go a different direction for my immediate roof repairs, but I still wanted to leave Roof Recovery a review because of the experience I had with Alex. Alex gave me by far one of the most thorough roof inspections I received while getting multiple estimates. He took the time to show me the problem areas, explain what he was seeing, and provided a very detailed written assessment that helped me better understand the condition of my roof and the different options available to me. What I appreciated most was that there was never any pressure. I was upfront that financing and timing were concerns, and Alex was patient while my family considered our options. Even after I let him know we were going another direction for the immediate repairs, he was gracious and professional about it. Although I can't review their actual repair workmanship since I didn't ultimately hire them for this project, I can absolutely recommend Alex and Roof Recovery based on the inspection, communication, professionalism, and customer service I received. I'll be keeping their information for future roofing work.
