Brakki went above and beyond and helped my parents with their garage door which was having issues for a long time. He explained things carefully and did all the repairs necessary. Would recommend!

Took my pre-teen son to get his ears pierced and decided to pierce my helix while I was there. An apprentice did our piercings and she was amazing — communicative, friendly, patient, and excited to pierce us! She talked us through the process, helped us pick jewelry, and was overall awesome! This is my third piercing at Black Cloud in Concord Mills and every experience has been stellar. I will always recommend them.

I am almost 6 years sober because of this place and how much the staff there helped me. One in particular I can't remember his name off hand but he was one and done,he went to rehab for alcohol as well and he never drank again and I told myself that was gonna be me and it is me now. My life and family have gotten so much better after getting sober me and my wife. I had a bad experience with the first rehab I choose and I scare to try another after that, this place gave me back the hope I was looking for ...so yes I highly highly recommend this place..plus gotten mention the Chef there,greatest guy I ever met and wonderful food.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Mike at Safeway Home Inspections was fantastic! Coming from a commercial carpentry and home building background, Mike not only knows how to inspect homes through and through… he knows the game. Mike was over communicative the entire inspection making sure that I as the buyer, knew exactly what I was looking at and what the report will show. He was honest, and genuine during the whole process. He wouldn’t even take an added tip I insisted on! Great inspection, great company owner, great experience.

Excellent customer service, from my initial call to them to the technician doing the work. The spring on my garage door opener broke on a Saturday around 11 am. On Track Doors had it fixed by 4 pm! Was kept aware of technician arrival time via text. Am very pleased with the work they did.

It was a nice experience, I took my son for the first time, i’m type of parent we make a day out of it just drive around to a new city and found a new indoor playground. I love that it was small just for little children. He enjoyed the sandbox, the climbing wall, ball-pit and but definitely love everything about it. !!!
