I recently met with Dr. Haddock regarding a second reconstruction after a difficult experience following my double mastectomy. While I have not had surgery yet and can’t speak to the final outcome, my experience so far has been very positive. The office is welcoming, the staff has been kind and professional, and Dr. Haddock had an honest, compassionate bedside manner that made me feel heard and comfortable during a very vulnerable process. I am hoping the procedure goes well and results are great.

I received prior confirmation of my appt and was able to complete all first visit forms to make check in a breeze. The reception was kind and informative. I was seen in a timely fashion and the nurse was also helpful and reassuring. As I waited to be called I visited with several ladies waiting to be seen and nothing but high praises for Dr. Haddock. Dr. Haddock was very professional, offered the most recent innovation that met my particular need perfectly. His surgery scheduler was patient and kind to answer many questions I posed to her regarding my procedure. I highly recommend Dr. Haddock to all.

As a realtor, I’ve worked with a lot of contractors over the years and Milledge Roofing has been great to work with. After years of feeling dismissed, minimized, or rushed through appointments, this was the first doctor in a very long time who truly made me feel seen and heard. She listened carefully, validated what I was experiencing, and approached my symptoms with both compassion and professionalism. I never felt judged or brushed off. At one point, I was honestly ugly crying in her office simply because of the relief of finally feeling understood. She acknowledged the connection between the nervous system and chronic pain while still taking my symptoms seriously and being thorough. That balance meant everything to me. If you are someone struggling with chronic illness, pain, fatigue, autoimmune concerns, or complex symptoms and you’re afraid of being dismissed, I cannot recommend her enough.

Dillion arrived within the appointment scheduled time (on the earlier side) and performed an assessment. A courteous gentleman. He recommended a new spring and rollers, cable tightening, as well as a possible motor replacement. Financial constraints allowed me to only authorize the spring and rollers. Dillon was focused, efficient, and knowledgeable. I asked him to also provide me an estimate for the cost of installing insulation. Received email quotes for the motor, insulation as well as my invoice. I feel the parts and service performed was competitively priced. My only minor negative was a lack of cleanup when the job was completed. I had to vacuum portions of the garage floor for fallen debris.

I have had the most amazing experience here! Dr. Kara Silberthau is truly outstanding! She listened carefully to me, evaluated me thoroughly, offered full explanations for assorted services and treatments, respected my feelings, and was careful and calming while doing a procedure. When my symptoms suddenly changed, she made sure I was seen immediately by an audiologist (Amanda, who was also terrific!) and that I had a follow-up appointment with her right afterwards. She continues to answer my questions, and I am delighted to say that I am already improving, thanks to her quick and accurate diagnosis and treatment plan. Perhaps most important to me throughout this somewhat startling turn of medical events, has been the patience and compassion with which I’ve been treated. Too many office staff, nurses, and doctors nowadays treat patients robotically or callously; each and every person with whom I have interacted at Becker ENT, however, has been wonderful.
