Kindly and Hunter arrived on time. They were very professional, efficient and courteous. They worked from start to finish to complete the installation in a timely fashion. They also helped me to set up the code on the opener. The door works perfectly; smooth and quiet. They cleaned up the entire area and all moved items in the garage were returned to their original place. We couldn’t be happier with Kindly and Hunter. Our spring on our garage broke in the middle of the night (I’m pretty sure that’s the only time this spring explodes) I called On Tack Doors at about 11:00 AM. A new spring was installed and the whole garage was tuned up before 1 o’clock. Ian was super fast, knowledgeable, and professional. Thanks for the spectacular service.

I ordered my new garage door though Ontrack doors. I purchased a hurricane rated door plus insulated. They ordered it and when it came in, they called me. Three days later they installed it.
Everything was done and cleaned up. Everything was neat, clean and orderly and Garage door looked beautiful… I would recommend this company to my family.

Bob Newak the salesman that came to our home was great. The installer Kindley Joseph and his helper was great and they installed our screen system on our garage door perfectly. The product is awesome. Would highly recommend this product and company to anyone that's wants on put in.

This is to thank Brian at On Track Doors, Inc. I had a garage door issue and was previously informed by the original installation company that they could not fix it, and to call the manufacturer since it was a newer model due to all the parts needing to be replaced to reduce costs.
Not having full confidence in that diagnosis, I called On Track Doors and Brian, an excellent tech, showed up within the hour. Bottom line, Brian diagnosed/fixed the issue in a very timely manner. On Track Doors, recognize Brian for a great professional introduction to your company, and for building confidence from minute one of his arrival and throughout - overall a great experience!

We had a broken torsion spring on our overhead garage door, I called OnTrack Doors who installed the door several years ago and received same day service, which I had hoped for but not necessarily expected. They sent Brian who was very experienced, gave us the quote and completed the job, replacing both springs, in less than two hours! Brian was terrific to work with, adjusted the door travel and insured the door was working properly.

Brian was excellent! He took the time to explain what was wrong, what needed to be replaced and the options of just a bandaid repair or complete replacement. He itemized everything. When he came back to do the repair, he was in and out in no time! Again he took time to explain the workings of the new opener and many options for opening and closing! He was polite, very friendly and professional!! Recommend him highly!!

From my initial call on the morning after our garage door broke, I was given an early appointment for that day. This was our third time using On Track. The receptionist was very friendly and accomodating. She informed me that Henry would be our technician and would arrive between 10 am & 12 noon. He called and arrived at 9:45 am.
Not only did he fix our door, but explained what happened. We were very pleased with his knowledge and work ethics, that we proceeded with having him install 2 new Liftmaster garage door openers ,which ours were 20 years old.
