Anthony did a fantastic job replacing our garage door opener and door springs when ours failed. He arrived early since he was already in the community (after calling to confirm we were home) and had our door back in operation quickly. He even programmed our Homelink mirror before he left. We are very happy with the service and would highly recommend!

I had used this company before and called again for a great tune-up price of 39.99 as I was having some intermittent issues with my garage door. Ian showed up for 1st appt of the day at 8am and gave me all the details. Of course, the garage door would function fine and not get hung and go back up. He did a great tune-up and explained everything, and the door is working great again. I'm so thankful for this company/IAN that I having go to my other house to do the same thing.

Great service, Ian came to our house super quick after scheduling the service, I accidentally disengaged the door from the rail, trolley whatever is called and wasn't able to get it engaged again. He fixed the issue and did a tune up super quick, he was respectful and informative. I would definitely recommend the company services.

On Track Doors is great, called late Friday night after my garage failed to close, and by Sunday morning they were out here fixing the problem. Ian was fantastic, got a call that he was on his way, by 8am he came and took care of business, also added a garage door service. 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ which was over due. Door is now working like day 1.

The garage door needed to be tuned up plus a new opener motor and belt drive was installed. Anthony the technician fully explained all the opener options plus found an issue with the door that needed to be corrected. Anthony did a professional job and was easy to deal with. The much quieter opener motor makes a huge difference.

Our garage door wouldnt open all of the way so I called On Track Doors for a price quote for a service charge. They sent Anthony D out to give us a free quote. He quickly diagnosed the issue, which was that we needed a new garage door opener. He quickly installed the new opener. We now have a key pad on the outside of the garage, a camera on the opener itself and with the app, we can close the garage door if we accidentally leave it open, from wherever we are! I think thats pretty cool. He was very efficient and friendly. He made the entire process fantastic! Ill be sure to recommend this company and Anthony to anyone I know who needs service on their doors. Thanks again for such a great experience!
