Our garage door wouldnt open all of the way so I called On Track Doors for a price quote for a service charge. They sent Anthony D out to give us a free quote. He quickly diagnosed the issue, which was that we needed a new garage door opener. He quickly installed the new opener. We now have a key pad on the outside of the garage, a camera on the opener itself and with the app, we can close the garage door if we accidentally leave it open, from wherever we are! I think thats pretty cool. He was very efficient and friendly. He made the entire process fantastic! Ill be sure to recommend this company and Anthony to anyone I know who needs service on their doors. Thanks again for such a great experience!

Ian climbed out of his professional rigged truck with company name on it. Proceeded to question problem then checked garage door tension and explained the problem. Got right with adjusting that to make it right. Explaining all the while. then replaced door rollers. Verified all issues solved and went on his way. Fast, efficient, friendly service. Outstanding. My garage doors were rough sounding even after I had changed most of the wheels. I called On Track and within 60 mins they had them quiet. Change a cable i didnt see that was shredded and 2 bad wheels and adjusted springs. All good at a fair price. I would use them again

Excellent customer service, from my initial call to them to the technician doing the work. The spring on my garage door opener broke on a Saturday around 11 am. On Track Doors had it fixed by 4 pm! Was kept aware of technician arrival time via text. Am very pleased with the work they did.

The spring on the right side of my garage door had broken and I couldn’t open the door. I called On Track Doors at 7:40 AM and was surprised to find someone there. She took my information and set me up for an appointment and Ian, the technician, was at my home by 8:15 AM. He assessed the situation gave me an estimate for a spring replacement and also an estimate for maintenance and completed the job within 45 minutes. He was knowledgeable, professional, and congenial.. all in all, great service. I would recommend them to anyone.

Nick and his helper started by carefully taking down my old roll-up door so it could be sold to another person.The installation of the hurricane rated 5 panel door went very well. The workmanship was top notch to me plus Nick took the time to help me with setting up the app on my phone to run the door. He also set up my opener that is in my vehicle as part of my review mirror.
