I find the Administrative Staff to be friendly and nice. Dr. Filoramo is very professional and takes time with his patients. Dr. Filoramo has such a nice personality and bedside manner.

The office staff and Dr. Miller are Great. The only issue I have is I don't see Dr. Miller until about 30-45 min after my scheduled appointment and that's after me arriving 15 minutes before my appointment.

The staff at the Foot and Ankle Group located in Columbus, NJ is so kind and friendly from the minute you walk into the office. I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Melissa. She is very educated and takes the time to explain things in words that make sense. Her gentle touch and great diagnostic skills make her a real pleasure to have her do procedures on me. I recommended her to my husband and he’s now a regular patient. We just love her.

Today I received “sugar shot” in mid calf to relieve peripheral neuropathy in leg and foot by Dr Filorama. Using ultrasound, located area for injection to relieve pressure. Certainly feels better and look forward to getting other leg treated in 2 weeks. Doc explained procedure and expectations from the hydro injection. Recommend Foot and Ankle for feet complications that are worrisome and need specialist care. Originally I was treated for slight Achilles tear which has healed.

I live in philadelphia and travel all the way to bordingtown NJ. Dr Norton is great and have many offices. I choose to travel to this one because of CASEY. Since my first visit she has went above and beyond for me. Every phone call or email never went unanswered. Even after hour emails she answers. Its not just a job to her. Great Customer service is something I look for and you can find it there.
