I recd an extreme DUI the end of May 2025. The court gave me 2 cards...Thank goodness I called Mr T Allen and felt very comfortable with our conversation and costs described on the call. I felt very blesed as he guided me thru the procedure and approximate time lines...He was in constant contact with me asking of any questions..concerns and letting me know possible and probable outcomes....I tried to be a good client and accomplished all the steps..classes...zoom meetings etc that I was required to do in a timely manner. Without bringing up the topic...I went to my 1st AA Meeting and let him be aware of that along with giving him the Chairpersons dated signature on a form every day I was in attendance...and in turning that over to him for court appearance...he was very appreciative of my Xtra work...Also after getting to know fairly well approx 30+ other attendees of AA..they each wrote a short note regdg my attitude and conviction that AA has instilled in me....He passed on to the prosecutor and in working with Mr Allen and his guidance/ direction and expertise in this field...my DUI ticket was downgraded to Recklelss Driving... I feel blessed and so fortunate I had him representing me....I think because the nature of his personality..he made me Want to do better and to learn that I put myself in that position but I found that I can also keep from being a repeat offender....The last step was with ADOT regarding a possible suspension on my drivers license...that too...did Not occur.....perhaps partially because of lack of effort on Police Officers part? Bottom line also..it was accomplished in just over 6 mos...of which other people experiencing this same procedure are still involved or its already taken over a full 12 mos...I cant say enough about how proficient I found Mr Allen....Remarkable....and again...I will always feel blessed that I ended up with him representing me...Thank You again and again Mr Allen...God Bless...Teresa
