Always amazing customer service. I started shopping there in 2022 when I moved to San Antonio & it was excellent. Now, I've moved down to the valley and shop there when I am in town. Today however, I called because I need a new bra and don't have any trips there planned & they helped me just as eagerly as if I was in the store. Gave me options, sent me pictures and made recommendations. I cannot recommend this place enough! Stop shopping at commercial bra stores (you know the one) and get a real fitting with people who care, you won't regret it!

Salina and staff are beyond amazing. I have been a customer since early on however, waited far too long between visits. I was greeted by the friendly staff upon walking in and signed in for bra fitting. I have gained some weight since my last visit so I was desperate for new bras. Had a breast lift and my Dr recommended the bra box because I said I would never wear an underwire. So met with Naomi and had the best experience. She fitted me with one beyond bra for everyday wear two others for running around and to sleep in all three are wireless but have good support and one dare I say underwire. No poking me in the side boob or under my arm. She got the right size for me. Beautiful colors soft and buttery. No they aren’t cheap but getting a few great bras will make a significant impact on your confidence. Thanks again Naomi. I will be back

Everyone is very knowledgeable, friendly, and they make it so easy to find the right fit for you. If you are needing a bra for a special occasion, be mindful that if they need to order your size/color it can take 6-8weeks to arrive. They are happy to make note of the ‘need by’ date and do what they can to get it to you in time.

I was welcomed as I came through the front door buy some very enthusiastic and friendly store personnel. They quickly got me signed in, and I made my way back to the fitting room where I had my bra fitter Naomi talk me through all the things to know about a good bra fit. She took my measurements and brought me a sample bra to try. Then she brought me quite a selection of bras based on my personal preferences. It’s hard to believe, but I purchased the very first bra. Their pricing is very comparable and you get personalized service. I plan to return in the near future to give them more of my business for sports bras, swimsuits, and lingerie. they created a profile for me for future visits. I saw they also offer fittings events as well. I am new to San Antonio and so glad I found them.

What an amazing experience! I was so happy to have such a wonderful time having a fitting done. Naomi was so easy to talk to and helpful in figuring out what was the right fit for me in all different types of bras, I was even able to find a swimsuit. They didn't have a bra in the color and size I wanted in store but was able to order it for me and have it shipped to me. Everyone in the store was super nice! Great experience. I was kind of nervous going in for my fitting but Naomi made me feel at ease. I learned a lot about how to properly settle my girls into the bra which I had not know before! THe bras are a bit pricey, but what’s also cool is that you can add items to your wish list for future reference. I will be back to add to my bra collection for sure!

I had to find some bras on a crunch to make sure I was comfortable during my vacation so I ran into the bra box 25 til close. Despite my arrival time, Mercedes was so sweet and helpful with helping choose 2 lovely bras and answered all of my questions thoroughly about bra care. She and the other staff never made me feel rushed and have me ample time to try on my bras. Five star customer service all the way around. I took my teen in for a fitting and the entire experience was totally amazing. She was able to try on multiple different bras and given plenty of time to decide what she liked best. Salina took her time explaining how a bra should fit, asked questions that really helped my daughter figure out what she did/didn’t like and did an incredible job making my daughter feel comfortable and in control throughout the entire appointment. This place is honestly a blessing. I thought I was going to have to struggle my entire life until I found this store. The workers actually know how to measure you (unlike allllll department stores that have let me down for over 20 years). They have a massive selection, with options that are not only cute-- but insanely comfortable and fit PROPERLY. I love that they let you make a profile as well. Bra fittings used to be an all day ordeal for me, this is a place I can simply walk in, describe what style I want (as they already have my size documented in my profile) and walk out with exactly what I need. I honestly wish I knew about this store YEARS sooner. It's worth spreading the word about this place. And if you are someone who has trouble telling if something is fitting the way it SHOULD be (which is complicated sometimes), I highly recommend this place as the staff are super friendly and incredibly helpful.
