Personally, I have the greatest experience with this company. They showed up yesterday to give a quote. And then the next day we say okay, let's do it, and then they were here knock it out. The crew is out is in 100%. Okay, crow. I have nothing to complain about.
If if you are in need of having your treating her please reach out to this company. They will treat you like you're part of the family. And that's what we need. We don't need somebody who has deep pockets. I don't care about their customers. These guys went above and beyond. to get the job done.

What a great experience. The company returned my phone call promptly and were at my house the next day for a free estimate. The quote was extremely competitive. The tree crew was at my house 6 days later at 7AM. They cut down and removed 17 trees, some large, and the job was completed in less than three hours. They came with all the right equipment and the job job was completed in a safe and efficient manner. I would highly recommend this tree company and I will certainly use them again when needed. Thanks so much for the A+ service! We were caught off guard when a portion of a pine tree fell through the roof of our garage during a brief wind/rain storm. The large remaining portion of the tree was at risk of snapping again and causing more damage. In less than 24 hours from the time of damage, the tree and debris were removed. Overall great experience. I called to get quote for a large pine removal and tree trim. Paul came out next day. Then their team came out a couple days later with a full crew. Whole team was extremely respectful and easy to talk to. They brought a large crane and took care of everything in a tight space. They cleaned up everything and couldn't be happier. I couldn’t be more impressed with the service we got from Richard Sears Tree Experts. We had two large, dying oaks right next to our house that needed to be removed. We had three local companies give us quotes, and Paul from Richard Sears matched the best offer of the other two but also identified and offered to remove 3 smaller dying trees on our property at no additional cost. So that was five trees for the same price that other companies were offering to do two for! Best of all they said they could be there the next day at 7am. Sure enough the next day at exactly 7 the entire fleet of machinery pulled up and Charlie and his fantastic crew immediately got to work on this difficult project. They were a well oiled machine and everyone knew their role and within two hours all five trees were gone and they left the place spotless. Despite having five or so heavy machines on our yard, you could barely tell they were there. Best of all my young son was thoroughly entertained for two hours and they even let him sit in the heavy machinery. Great work, great price, and great people!

Sears was so fast! I called and they were out the same day to check out two trees. They were detailed and explained everything. I knew exactly what to expect. When the trees came down, they were efficient, minimized collateral damage, cleaned up. It was like they were never here. I noticed a Sears Tree Experts pulp truck one day as I was driving into work. I was in need of taking down some dead trees that posed a risk on my property. Response time between my first call, to having a quote, to the job being completed in full, was under 4 days. Blown away by the speed of delivery of this team. They were in and out in less than 8 hours, taking out quite a few trees on our property, including cleaning and stump grinding.
