First order came in a timely fashion. I had been dealing with another site for years but had a huge issue with some defective products and they were not willing to work with me to resolve the issue. I hope Native has better customer service. Time will tell.

Used them twice so far. I like their selection and competitive pricing, but being located out west it can take a little longer than other sites to have the package arrive. The second time I made a big purchase and some of the items were missing when it arrived. I let customer support know and the missing stuff arrived before the end of the week. I'm taking a star off because there was missing stuff in the first place, and I would have greatly appreciated a small token (a grabba, or a pack of whatever that I've bought in the past) to show they were sorry for the incomplete order. I understand margins are probably slim, but it would have been nice. I also ordered a log of mint scoal but they ran out before packing my order, so that made me a little miffed seeing as I was stoked to try it. Great company all in all though.
