Kevin and his team were amazing to work with. Firstly, this inspection was very last minute. They were able to come perform the inspection with very little notice which was very much appreciated. When they arrived, they were so polite and explained everything that would be taking place throughout the inspection. As we were going through, Kevin made sure to talk though everything he noticed and gave suggestions as to what could/should be done. They were very thorough and constantly checked in to make sure we didn't have any questions. When they completed the inspection they made sure to tell us exactly what would happen next. I'm not sure if this is typical, as this is my first home, but the inspection report was sent via email the same night, which is amazing as waiting for anything pertaining to information on a new home is already very stressful. So that was also very much appreciated. Kevin and his team were amazing to work with. So much so that my sister, who was also at the inspection, grabbed his card to work with him as well in the future. 10 out of 10 would highly recommend for your inspection needs!

The Maxwell Home Inspection Service recently inspected a house we are considering purchasing. The service couldn’t have performed any better. Kevin and his team let/invited us to follow them through the entire process; explaining what to look for in every area of the property. They not only pointed out any shortcomings and what type of professional could help fix it but also what was done right. And as promised, with the exception of a few lab results, which would come later, a full report was emailed to us by the end of the day!
In short, we walked away from the inspection with all we would need to continue with negotiations.
If you are shopping for a qualified, reputable, and thoroughly in depth home inspection firm, we strongly recommend the Maxwell Home Inspection Service!

Kevin & Victor were professional, thorough, quick & friendly. They explained things in a way i could understand and i felt like they were on my team. They were honest about what their concerns were & also gave advice about what i could fix on my own and what might need a second opinion. I actually had fun during the home inspection, which was a nice surprise as buying a home has been pretty stressful.
