I had difficulty finding a quality treadmill without having to subscribe to iFit for $39.00 per month. Clint knew exactly how to help me, and was great! Got a quality machine with nearly 3X the warranty of the big box brands. Great place and staff!

I went to Top Fitness wanting to purchase some equipment to help me get fit. I walked in and found the store clean, inviting and stocked with everything I could possibly need for a home gym.
I was promptly greeted by Stefan who walked me around the store as we talked about my basic fitness goals and looked at everything from bands to functional training machines. Stephan was incredibly helpful as I had many questions and he was able to guide me toward purchases that made the most sense based on my budget, fitness goals and lifestyle. Stefan told me about their financing and showed me how to get money back by getting a medical persciption from my doctor. I never would have guessed that was a thing. I made my purchase. The delivery was quick and the install went seamlessly. The guys who delivered and set everything up were nice and very efficient. What’s more, Stefan followed up with me after delivery to ensure that everything went well.
I fully recommend Top Fitness. From start to finish it was a fantastic experience and I am very pleased with the purchase as well the staff/service. I will be going back as my fitness needs evolve. Thanks to everyone, especially Stafan!

We walked in and were greeted immediately. After asking how he could help us, I explained what happened to my old treadmill and what I was looking for. He then showed us 3 treadmills that he would recommend. No pressure and no upsell. He was friendly and knowledgeable and we found the perfect treadmill for us. He seemed proud of his store and the machines they sell and he really seemed to like his job. That enthusiasm instilled confidence in our purchase.

Had a great experience today shopping for an elliptical. Clint was very knowledgeable about their inventory and quickly picked up on some concerns we had. I felt literally zero pressure (something I was worried about before coming in), Clint was really good about noticing when we wanted space and – without us having to ask – gave us room to walk the floor and talk.

Prices were competitive with online, but I feel much better about investing in such significant equipment with a retailer nearby that I can call for service if something is wrong.

We live nearby and I can say for sure we'll be back any time we need additional exercise equipment. We're already talking about which thing we want to get when we come back next time!

I went to Top Fitness because they carried a lesser known, but high quality treadmill that I wanted to check out. Susan helped me out and did a great job. She knew the products (beyond just regurgitating fact sheets) and was happy to share information, but also gave me plenty of space to check things out for myself which I appreciated. Susan was super helpful in coordinating to setup a sale and pick up via phone and email (I had my toddler with me which makes things complicated). The other employees help me load the tread into my van. Another employee pointed out because of the deck design you need to loosen the belt for lubing.

Additionally she went out of her way to follow up with some helpful information which I appreciated.

I wish I knew about this store sooner when I was freighting some strength equipment up here. They had a decent selection of racks, weights, and specialty bars which I'll be happy to get more of in the future.

Totally recommend someone looking for fitness equipment of all kinds to check out! (also because they have equipment in stock so you wont have to wait and deal with the Alaska shipping debacle).
