Awesome store experience. James from Salem NH location helped us with the Inspire fitness equipments and their features.
Got help in moving flooring mats and accessories that were pretty heavy.
Home delivery was quick and setup was exceptional. Team were on-time, very professional and continuous worked without any breaks and completed the entire home gym setup. They took take of all of the boxes and packaging, cleaned up and left the gym as brand new.
Would recommend this stores and reach out to James if planning to setup Gym. I even bought the flooring tiles from Top Fitness.

Just want to share a wonderful shopping experience at this store!! It was difficult finding the bicycle I wanted (upright, stationary). Not only did I find the perfect bike, but I had wonderful CUSTOMER SERVICE (rare these days) from Jacob!! Great communication, helpful, total knowledge of all products, personable - absolute perfection for anyone walking in that needs knowledge/assistance. This is your store - and Jacob is your guy!!

We almost bought a recumbent bike online and are so glad we did not. We visited the Salem store and worked with Anthony. He was available to answer our questions and we ultimately bought an Octane Elliptical that day. We did not like any recumbent bikes on the floor as we both have knee issues and none were comfortable. The Octane was a pleasant surprise. It was delivered today and we are excited to work out. It is sturdy, quiet and not painful to use. Had we ordered any bike online, I think we would have had an expensive piece of equipment we could not use. Go to the store and try before you buy. I did extensive research for months regarding purchasing a treadmill for my home gym and went with a local store vs online as per recommendations as this allows for delivery, set up, and service/maintenance by the vendor. I went with Top Fitness Store in Salem due to their 5.0 star reviews and I couldn't be happier with this decision! I usually hate shopping in stores due to being "stalked" and "pressured" by sales staff immediately upon walking through the doors. The staff member (James?) was awesome. We were free to wander the store at our leisure without interference but when we had questions or needed assistance in any way, he was readily available, friendly and helpful. I ended up purchasing a Spirit XT685 with an 'impulse buy' of a Teeter Inversion Table. Delivery was available (despite living over an hour away from the store). The installation team was prompt, friendly, quick (in and out in about an hour), and left my home cleaner than they found it! They also took the time to show us how the machines worked and pointed out key features. The machinery is great, and getting a lot of use. My significant other swears by the Teeter for his muscle pain. Thanks Top Fitness Store!

My wife and I were shopping for a home use treadmill when we stopped in at Top Fitness. They have a great selection of quality fitness equipment. Brian was very helpful and very knowledgeable of the products sold in the store. No pressure at all to buy right then, which allowed us to do additional research and make a final decision. Brian was great when we returned to make the purchase. He set us up for the delivery and install. Highly recommend going to see Brian if you're looking to set up or upgrade your home gym.

My experience buying a cross-trainer / elliptical at this store was very good. Jelani who helped me select the right equipment was super knowledgeable, kind and professional. He supported me very well throughout the process especially when considering that the first machine they delivered had a defect. He came out the next day to check it and then ultimately replace it which was done within a few days. His support pre- and post-purchase is exceptional. I would buy again at this store any time.

I have been purchasing my Equipment from Top fitness Salem for years. These people are fantastic, professional, and extremely helpful when deciding the right piece of equipment to get. Their installation department and technicians are exceptional as well. Highly recommend these guys.
