Utah home fitness is the place for home exercise equipment. The staff and particularly, Clint, know what the are doing and are very knowledgable. I highly recommend.

If you're in the market for any home fitness equipment, you owe it to yourself to contact Jonathan at Top Fitness (Vernon Hills)! I had the absolute best experience working with Jonathan and ultimately purchased a new Precor elliptical. Jonathan was incredibly patient and courteous - I asked sooooo many questions about the machine features, costs, warranties, support, etc. He answered all of them quickly and thoroughly without pressuring me into any decisions - just providing me with information I needed to make the best decision for me. I was initially planning to fix my existing elliptical, but with zero pressure from Jonathan, I very excitedly chose to buy a very good new one! Couldn't be more happy and appreciative of Jonathan's help.

Had to share my experience because today it seems rare to have such good service after the point of sale. Almost 2 years after I bought my freemotion cable cross machine, I had a problem with a poor install leading to an interior part failure. Something I would’ve repaired on my own, but there was another issue with the back screws being secured so hard that they had to be drilled out. Store manager Dave immediately responded to my concern, providing feedback to the installers and is helping me with replacement parts. No questions no resistance. Simply wanted to share that well after initial sale, I’m getting proper follow-up to make me whole and keep using that amazing machine. Thanks Dave.
