The entire Top Fitness team was professional in every sense of the word.
The in-store associate was exceptionally knowledgeable about equipment features and benefits, listening well to what my needs were! This gave me the confidence that I had surely made an excellent buying decision!
The install team continued with a level of extreme care throughout the entire delivery process. This team took their time to be certain that my new equipment was absolutely functioning
properly before leaving my home. Again, their level of professionalism was recognized and appreciated!
All should be highly commended for their excellence in both service and courtesy! Would absolutely return to this company for future fitness needs!

Zach Walk, the store manager in Richmond, graciously welcomed my daughter and me as we opened the door. He demonstrated the elliptical machine that I purchased along with the pad that he suggested since I have hardwood floors. I can't wait for delivery! Yippppeeeeeee.... Thank you, Zach.

If you're in the market for any home fitness equipment, you owe it to yourself to contact Jonathan at Top Fitness (Vernon Hills)! I had the absolute best experience working with Jonathan and ultimately purchased a new Precor elliptical. Jonathan was incredibly patient and courteous - I asked sooooo many questions about the machine features, costs, warranties, support, etc. He answered all of them quickly and thoroughly without pressuring me into any decisions - just providing me with information I needed to make the best decision for me. I was initially planning to fix my existing elliptical, but with zero pressure from Jonathan, I very excitedly chose to buy a very good new one! Couldn't be more happy and appreciative of Jonathan's help.
