Bed was nice, bedding was awesome. Friendly staff, good location. Got a chair with ottoman. They did a great job!

My family and l spent the night there and it was an amazing experience from check in to check out. I have already recommended this hotel to my boss. They have fitness center and an indoor swimming pool even though l didn’t have time to use them. Our room was clean. You get a private coffee maker fridge and microwave. Staff members are nice and friendly.

Hotel maintenance is really excellent. Staff are very nice. Breakfast is hot and lot of options. Wishing to visit again on my next travel

Everything was wonderful except the person in the Next Room was so loud all night long we did not get any sleep. The hotel was very clean and nice.

This was a great place to stay. The desk staff and breakfast room staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious. They were very accommodating for my puppy. I’d stay here again.

We stayed in Indianapolis the night before- at a terrible hotel. This stay at the Baymont hotel was 100x better than Indiana! We were greeted, and got some free toiletries we had forgotten on our cross-country road trip. The beds were super comfy.. heater worked. Breakfast was good! Worth the trip and the money!

We had a good sleep after a terrible experience the night before. All was great but when we checked out we were asked to keep all our bags out of the breakfast area. So we left. We needed to go one the road and didn’t want to go back and forth to the car. Otherwise fine.

Stayed before and came back again. It has a good breakfast and nice pool. Weve had a suite both times. We will come back again when visiting.

We have always enjoyed our visit at every Baymont and the Springfield location was no exception. Clean and friendly staff. Great breakfast, they had a pepper / vegetable medley that was a great add to the scrambled eggs. Good job!

We appreciated that the front desk was 24 hour. My husband and I had quite a drive ahead of us. We did not get to Baymont until 1:30 am. We were able to get our room without any difficulty. Left early. Breakfast was ready at 6:00 am. Pancake maker was very good! Thank you!
