The verified review history behind Pleasure Island Rentals

The service was great and everything worked out fine. I definitely would use them again.

We are very pleased with the service we received through pleasure Island rentals. The chairs are on time and all the workers are very pleasant.

Great service and good quality bikes!

I rented a fat tire bike for the week! Brian (sorry if I spelled your name wrong) was so kind and not only helped me get a bike I could bike up and down the beach on, but gave me so many recommendations for food and adventures! Carolina Beach was awesome and so are the locals! Thanks for a great week!

Excellent service, very prompt, no ridiculous wait times. Equipment always in good condition. Very happy with PIR and will definitely use again.

Life is good when you can walk on to the beach and find lounge chairs, a table, and a umbrella with your name on it! Thanks for great service y'all.

Great prices! When we got out on the beach our rental umbrella and chairs were set up and ready for us to enjoy the day. Best beach experience ever!! All we had to carry was the beach bag, radio and cooler. Would definitely use PIR Everytime we go to the beach 🏖️

Such a cute friendly staff. I walked on the beach to the location we found in the map & Boom 💥 set up & ready to go... & Affordable

I have been using Pleasure Rentals for many years. They are customer service focused and always get the umbrellas set up early to start the day. If you have an issue with your umbrella or chairs they are quick to respond and fix the problem.

Rented chairs and an umbrella for the week so my parents didn’t have to lug them back and forth. Great company and great communication.

The setup was prompt every morning and picked up each evening. The equipment was in good shape and comfortable, well done!!!

The extremely kind and knowledgeable staff was able to give us great directions and pointers on the best place to bike. The bikes were in good condition!

Had another great experience with Pleasure Island Rentals. Making reservations for beach chairs and umbrellas was done quickly and efficiently a couple of weeks prior to our arrival. Every day the chairs and umbrellas were set up in the same optimal place. We chose the package that allowed an extra 2 hours on the beach. The equipment was sturdy and we didn’t have to deal with dragging beach chairs back and forth each day. Highly recommend Pleasure Island Rentals

Great to rent from! Easy online rental ! Attentive staff!

Nice bikes, affordable prices, realy enjoyed biking to the state park and hunting for a venus fly trap!

We rent umbrellas, chais and bikes every summer here. Love them! Best in the rental business. Personal service!

I was so amazed that I knew exactly where my chairs and umbrella were without any problems. The price was great and there were no hassles. I will definitely use this company again.

Although the chairs were not the best they were perfect for this trip and not having to worry about packing chairs or better yet not having to worry about getting the umbrella in the sand this was FANTASTIC!! service& staff were amazing! HIGHLY recommend them.
