Chairs were comfortable and the umbrella stayed up on one of the windiest days I have ever seen at the beach. I saw multiple people chasing umbrellas but ours barely moved. Great value for the convenience of not lugging chairs and umbrellas. 🏖️❤️

Loved the way the chairs & umbrellas were setup when we arrived on the beach. Had to call & request an additional chair & it arrived as requested. Great Customer Service. Would Highly recommend!

Really friendly service on the phone. They set up our chairs next to our friends who ordered separately like we requested. Chairs were out earlier than advertised and picked up at or later than advertised each day (i.e. there was plenty of time to use them) and prices were reasonable. Would definitely book again!

Did a weekly rental, 2 chairs. Chairs were consistently available each nice-weather day before 9. Pleasure Island Rentals was flexible when I first gave the wrong address and accommodated seamlessly. Price was reasonable. I'll never rent from anybody else in CB!

Had another great experience with Pleasure Island Rentals. Making reservations for beach chairs and umbrellas was done quickly and efficiently a couple of weeks prior to our arrival. Every day the chairs and umbrellas were set up in the same optimal place. We chose the package that allowed an extra 2 hours on the beach.

The equipment was sturdy and we didn’t have to deal with dragging beach chairs back and forth each day.

This was my first experience and it was amazing! The people were very friendly and helpful. They had out our chairs on time and in the best view and the easiest walk from our motel. I will definitely be using them every time I visit the beach.

I love renting the chairs and the umbrellas because I don’t have to lug them from the condo to the beach! When I rented for the week, the lady at the desk told me it was supposed to rain the next day and they wouldn’t charge me for the rainy day and added it onto the end of my week! Great Customer Service !!

Highly recommend renting out beach equipment if you’re traveling light or don’t want to carry extra weight for a beach day. Process is fast and easy! You can pay online, over the phone or in person!

These folks are AMAZING at making your trip easy and RELAXING!! We found ourselves on the beach two older people, we decided we wanted to rent chairs we called them they were there within 15 minutes and even though it was the end of the day and they told us they would have to charge us full price, and they left us until last to pick up the chairs so we managed to get 2 hours when we only expected to get one. However for the price and the convenience I would have been thrilled with only one hour of resting on the beach in those great chairs! We also use them to rent kayaks The kayaks were delivered and they're ready and waiting for me I had such an amazing time! If you find yourself in Carolina Beach definitely go with the pleasure Island guys they are super nice and extremely helpful great prices as well thank you so much pleasure Island Rentals for making our trip wonderful!!

Everything was great. Our chairs and umbrellas were set up on time everyday and the staff were very nice to interact with. This took so much stress off of us, Knowing we didn’t have to carry chairs umbrellas to the beach every day and knowing we would always have a prime spot. Thank you you to all your staff for making my 50th birthday celebration with family and friends absolutely amazing! We will use you every time we come to Carolina Beach! 🏖️

We decided on a last minute beach trip for Memorial Day. We called Pleasure Island to get our beach chairs and umbrella the night before. They had us all set up and ready to go bright and early the next morning! Pricing was great and we loved having the chairs with leg rests. Excellent customer service!!

Always friendly, efficient service. We have used them twice now and both times they have been great. My only suggestion is replace some of your chairs with rips and tears.
