This is the second time I’ve gotten a piercing. I didn't have a great experience the first time (at a different place), but when I went here, it didn't hurt as much as I expected; it’s very clean and comfortable—I love it.

Love black cloud. Always go here for my piercings.

i got my eyebrow pierced. trinity was very sweet and very good at communicating through the whole process. it feels fine besides some bruising but thats to be expected with these things.

Isa is very detailed, and communicated what she was doing. She asked the right questions to make sure I ended up with what I wanted!

Great service, very clean, honest about the pain you'll feel, great when piercing my daughter who's a minor.

The place was clean, very well maintained.Great environment.The tattoo artist was working when we got there.\nLet us know in a very accommodating manner that the piercer was running a little late. Once she arrived, she was very on point.heiped my daughter relax and did an excellent job.
