The guy did an outstanding job. Also, considering he was by himself. I had 2 single wide doors installed. He had to replace the doors that I had from the 70s which were solid doors that kicked out and then up vs the roll up type replacements. 2 Thumbs 👍🏾...

Had the garage door jump off the track and the cable on both sides spooled. It is Saturday morning and we have a party for 100 people at 4pm. Called Dukes and they said they would have someone out by 4. Explained our situation and someone was here within the hour! Brian B. was the tech and he was great! Looked at the issue gave us a quote and completed the job in an hour or less. He even adjusted the tension so the door opens and closes without any noise. We will definitely keep the Dukes card and call them again if we have any more issues.

We called Duke’s Garage Door on a Sunday, they were kind enough to send a technician to give us a quote the same day. Our technician was Jimmy Khalil, he was very polite and came prepared with all the parts he would need to fix our problem as was described to him if we elected to go with his company. We felt the quote was reasonable and accepted his quote, he had our garage door operating within an hour and a half. He set the tension so that not only could my husband open the door manually, I could as well. Additionally he programmed the car to open the garage door for us. He was exceptionally good at his job and at taking care of his customers.

Matthew Rivera came out to my home to quote a new wall mounted opener, springs, bearings, and rollers. He is extremely knowledgeable and helpful and was not a pushy salesman like other companies use. I sincerely appreciate the honesty because I do not know much about garage doors, I just want everything to work properly. I approved the quote (which was a great price) and the work was 100% completed the next morning. Everything looks amazing and the door is extremely quiet. Matthew is a great technician with a very high skill level. I will personally recommend Duke’s to everyone and tell them to ask for Matthew Rivera.
