George Hix did an outstanding job. Our garage openers were 30 years old and not working. He replaced all the key components and added new openers. He was very professional, cleaned up behind himself and did an awesome job. Garage doors are working great!

WOW- DGD IS AMAZING I had an exceptional experience with DGD from start to finish. Late Friday afternoon around 3:00 PM, I discovered that my garage door spring and support bracket had broken. From the moment I called, the team was friendly, courteous, and highly professional. To my surprise, they were able to dispatch a representative the very same day—without any additional or emergency service fees. I was given a service window between 4:00–7:00 PM, and right at 4:00 PM, I received a thoughtful introduction text that included a photo and brief bio of the technician, Randy. Shortly after, Randy personally called to introduce himself—setting a great tone before he even arrived. When Randy arrived, he greeted me with a firm handshake and direct eye contact—something I truly value as a business professional. He quickly assessed the issue and took the time to clearly and thoroughly explain what was wrong. His ability to communicate the problem in straightforward, easy-to-understand terms—without unnecessary jargon—demonstrated both expertise and integrity. Randy then presented three transparent and well-explained options, walking me through each one in detail so I could make an informed decision. Once we agreed on the best solution, he immediately got to work and completed the entire repair in about an hour. The level of professionalism, efficiency, and craftsmanship Randy displayed truly set a new standard. After completing the job, he carefully tested the system and ensured the workspace was left exactly as he found it. To say I’m impressed would be an understatement. This was a seamless, top-tier experience, and I will absolutely be using and recommending DGD moving forward.

Are technician Chris did a wonderful job. He was very knowledgeable, respectful and completed the work quickly. They have great pricing. They even do same day or next day service. Whatever they can do to accommodate you, they surely will. If you're looking for garage door repair or replacement, this is the best company for the job.

Garage door opener died on a Saturday. Called Dukes and they had a tech out about an hour later. Chris did a great job! He had a new opener installed with new rollers and reworked the braces all within 2 hours. Great price, excellent service and Chris was a real professional. Would absolutely recommend Dukes.

Needed some work done on my old garage door or it was going to be replaced. I had Dukes come out and the guy who came out laid out what my options were. Either to rebuild everything or replace it with a new door. Replacing all the parts and making it like new was less expensive and the other option was to go with a new door which was more money. We decided to get all new everything and two days later they were at our house and installed a new door. They answered all the questions we had, showed us how to lubricate and where, and they were very professional. I highly recommend Dukes Garage Doors!

To Jimmy and the rest of the crew at Duke's. Thank you so much for repairing my garage door. It was awesome how the customer service rep was friendly and was up to date on the time frame when Jimmy was supposed to come out. Jimmy was friendly as well and his knowledge was top notch. He gave me the real world of understanding how things worked and not that technical terms most people would do. He didn't pressure me in any sales pitches or unnecessary upgrades that was needed. He gave me the current issues and what would be needed to be addressed. Jimmy got the work done in a timely manner and did it in a professional way. At the end, you made me a continuation of being a customer to Dukes. I will continue to use Dukes for any future maintenance on my garage door. It was 5pm on Thursday when my garage door started giving me problems . Duke had installed a screen garage (2car) door, 4 months earlier. That job went well. I needed some repair now, so I called Duke. Their repair man show up at 8 pm. After making his accessment. He started and finished around midnight. That in itself was amazing, Great job done by Moses.
