There seemed to be a huge turnover in case managers in the first 10-12 months of my application. My case manager changed several times during this time. A couple times I had to repeat the same info and emails that were already sent to the other case manager as she did not update the new case manager Also, I sent an application to social security who were were supposed to be working from home but they never processed my application. I was told by the case manager a Roesche that I needed to call or go to social security. I had already left numerous voicemails at ss office. I went to the ss office and was told I needed to call for an appt that they didn’t take walk in appts. I called and was left on hold for hours and then disconnected. Finally I notified my Nevada senator who notified the ss office and I finally received a call and they processed my application after 3 months of trying to reach them myself. This I feel should have been handled by Roesche instead of having to resort to my senator. However, after being denied at the initial application and reconsideration I was assigned a new case manager hearing level management. This went well. The judge had reviewed 12 months of medical documentation, approved my disability benefit and cancelled the hearing. I happened to call the case manager at Roesche and she informed me it was approved and hearing was cancelled. I always received emails or calls back within 1-2 days when I was inquiring about the case. I am glad I went with Roesche law as I am not sure I would have been approved or how long it would have taken had I tried it alone.
