Overall they were great! There were a couple of communication hiccups, but as large as they are that is understandable. They were kind and helpful all along the way. There was one male attorney that returned my call that wasn’t the friendliest, but everyone else was great. My lawyer was Lindsay Fish. She was wonderful and very encouraging! I was denied in February 2025, signed up with this law firm in June 2025 and was awarded a fully favorable decision in December 2025 by an ALJ. Thank you!

Roeschke Law, LLC agreed to pick up my sons case. After 4 long years of struggling to get SSI support for my son, not being able to talk to anyone who could understand his unique issues, Roeschke Law read and understood what doctors, neuropsychologist, psychologist, genetics all throughout the USA and overseas (as we lived in a lot of different locations) confirmed in their findings - something our government cannot seemed to read or understand. It was a straight forward process but the waiting periods are long. Our assigned attorney was extremely knowledgable. Very kind, clear and professional in her communication to us.
