Bryan, the technician showed up on time and fixed the problem. The condenser was on the roof that didn’t stoped him. Basically, he tracked the problem tune-up and replaced parts in less than half an hour. My AC responded right away with cool air. Very polite great company in overall they gave me 10% military discount. You need your AC to work quick you call Starlight HVAC! Thank you 🙏🏻

Your tech arrived within the appt time window, 12-4 pm. He turned on our A/C. He felt the output from the vent. He checked our A/C. He stated he had replaced fuses. Bryan was professional and polite. He gave me the opportunity to ask questions regarding the service he provided. He said to call if we had any questions. He said if we had any problems with the A/C within 30 days we should contact our insurance, AHS, and your company would be be sent back. Bryan is an asset to your company. He demonstrates great customer service.

Bryan was on time, very professional, and quickly diagnosed our problem shortly after arrival. He offered multiple fixes (all of which he could implement on the spot) and advised us as to what he thought would be best. Upon completion, he tested his fix to make sure the unit was indeed functioning correctly (which it was). He even went above and beyond in sealing our unit with sealant tape on a place that should have had that kind of tape when installed (prior to our homeownership), free of charge! Cost of labor was included. Thank you, Bryan, and thank you, Starlight, for consistently kind and professional service!
