Was easy, staff was ready to help with any questions and the bikes were awesome had to spray some wd40 in the bike lock to get it to unlock other than that everything was spectacular👍

"Wow!" is all I can say! This is the first time we decided to rent chairs and umbrellas for our beach trip. We couldn't have chosen a better place to rent from. We saved room in packing the car, and we didn't have the hassle of lugging all that stuff to the beach each day. The people delivering were timely each morning and did a great job of placing our chairs and umbrellas for the most spectacular view of the beach! The service was top-notch and we will use Pleasure Island Rentals on future visits without a doubt! Thank you for making our vacation easy and stree-free. We were thrilled!

Rented big tire beach bikes for week at Carolina beach and they were wonderful. Great location right at boardwalk and also rented some surf boards. Friendly folks there and felt prices were reasonable too.

Though we hardly used the beach cart we rented as it was super heavy to pull the service was excellent and Lucy was a nice young lady on pickup

Fantastic service. The umbrellas were set up before nine and were put in prime spots. The equipment was in great condition and service top notch. Plus it was the cheapest company on the island. You won’t regret using this service!!

I had an amazing experience with PIR. I had never used them before and came to visit Carolina beach out of Texas. They were efficient and very helpful. Unfortunately our chairs were stolen by another party but within 10 minutes two young boys came out to us and had them removed. I will be using PIR again when coming back to Carolina beach!
