The verified review history behind Pleasure Island Rentals

Their price was not bad. The service was good and they accommodated everything that we asked him to. We’ve used them several times when we have gone to the beach and found that it’s easier for them to set up the chairs and the umbrellas instead of us doing and carrying all of it down to the beach.

Great place to rent all your beach items. I have used them for umbrella and bike rentals. Great service and very convenient to the beach!

Convenient and affordable!

Chairs and umbrella set up early daily and was offered a discount over phone. Will definitely use again!

They made every day of our vacation better. Having the chairs and umbrella set up made everything easier. They double checked things on windy days and were very professional. Great service!!!

Renting beach chairs and umbrella from Pleasure Island Rentals was so easy and convenient! We needed them.last minute so we called and a real person answered right away! Set up was guaranteed by 9 am, but when I went for my morning walk on the beach at 6:30 am, equipment was already waiting on us!! Also loved the extended time to 7pm! Will be using their services again! Thank you!

Most excellent beach service! Our Umbrella and chairs were set up in the exact spot we had requested. Took out the stress of finding a good beach spot. the PIR professionals took care of everything. Thank You!

Have used PIR for several years and they are the best. Timely have everything out and secured.

Great beach rental experiences. Fast and efficient. See you next year.

Excellent operation. Rented a beach wagon for the week. All questions were answered quickly and clearly, pick up and drop off were a breeze. Will definitely go back for my next rental.

PIR was great. The crew got us set up for a few days at the beach ⛱️. The guys driving around gave us some tips on the area and about the sand bar we could walk out to. We'd use PIR again!

Best decision we ever made was to rent beach chairs and umbrellas from Pleasure Island!! To not have to carry them every day to the beach was such a treat! And if I called and asked them to be placed different or moved, they were so accommodating!! Don’t hesitate , call Pleasure Island Rentals today for your Carolina Beach vacation! Worth every penny!

Great service and product to make an easy and efficient beach day - especially with kids!

We had a week reservation for bikes, but once we got to the beach, it was way way too hot!! Pleasure Island let us use a store credit instead. They are the most polite, professional group of people!! Highly recommend!!

Great prices ,No deposit & they deliver if you cant transport !

I’ve used them twice for a bicycle rental. Service is top notch, and prices are reasonable. Definitely recommend!

Rented a skin board for a few days. Great service, fair pricing.

Always a pleasure getting a bike rental and going for a nice ride. Staff are always pleasant.

Great experience and awesome customer service!

We rented bikes last week. Great customer service at the time of reservation, delivery made it easy with prompt responses. The teens loved the freedom it provided for trail rides and visiting shops.
