High Efficiency installed our new furnace and air conditioner one year ago. We had them come for the yearly service this week. Their customer service is like no other. They keep you updated are on time and very professional. I would highly recommend them.

Senior Techician Jason arrived promptly and started checking the furnace, the water pump (last year he took it out and cleaned it)and set the humidifier for winter. When the job is complete he left me his business card and said I can call him if there’s any issues. I am more than happy with his service. Piraba from High efficiency heating and cooling has been doing our very old furnace and AC maintenance/tune up for the last 3 years. Excellent customer service very knowledgeable.
