Have been using this company for at least a dozen years...since they installed our furnace and AC. We have always had quick and excellent service. They arrive, diagnos and then quote a guaranteed price. They always call to schedule and arrive on time. The technicians are knowledgeable, polite and explain the issues in understandable language. Recently, Gabriel and Piraba installed a new condenser fan motor. They were on time, polite and had the new motor installed quickly. This company is a pleasure to deal with. Tenanted condo HVAC finally gave up after 15 years. Called High Efficiency and was able to diagnose and replace the unit within a week, remotely. Text messaging with their dispatch team couldn't have been easier and they coordinated with my tenant to make sure everyone's schedule lined up. Zero drama, and a bit cheaper than I expected too.

They responded quickly and sent a technician right away. Jason - a senior service technician - discovered the problem very fast and fixed it (it was a dead capacitor). We get twice annual maintenance service for our system to ensure it’s running smoothly and extend the warranty period (cheaper than dealing with expensive repairs especially with supply-chain issues on replacement parts). Jason was our tech today and he was professional, thorough and went through everything with us and asked if we had any questions. He and Mr. Harry Yan have been great for maintenance appointments as they are very knowledgeable and give us tips on how to keep system running smoothly to avoid costly repairs.
