The Service Technician, Piraba, of High Efficiency H & C, came to service my AC following a careful pressure test for any leakage last year. He did a meticulous assessment of the whole system. I find Piraba very knowledgeable and patiently explained the "whys" & "wherefores" of every step undertaken. I will have no qualms about contacting High Efficiency for any future HVAC needs.

I had to replace my air conditioning unit at my condo. I called High Efficiency Cooling and heating. They sent Jason who very professional and great to work with. It is not easy to get hold of people through their switch board but once I able to get through to Natalie she was amazing! Very polite and professional. She took care of all the details. Jason came last year to service our A/C unit and he was great. I specifically requested he come back again this year. He was thorough and provided me with feedback and maintenance tips. We purchased our entire HVAC system (furnace/AC/ERV/humidifier/HEPA) from this company, and I must say they really stand behind their workmanship. We continue to get their seasonal service plan and they are always on time, knowledgeable and really easy to work with. Gilbert is our contact and he is just amazing, very responsive and genuinely wants to help. He did everything he could to rush a maintenance issue for our A/C unit this year knowing that my wife is pregnant. Cant say enough great things about Gilbert and the team.

Jason Bunjo, the service technician did the AC maintenance and changed the furnace filter. He is good at explaining every step he does. I am very happy with his performance. A loud noise was coming from my AC after running for a few hours and the noise disappear at random time. Harry from High Efficiency came and check out the issue on the same day. Harry is very skillful and thoroughly, he went though the system and tested each possible cause of the noise, although the noise disappeared when he arrived. After a few test and inspections, he finally found the mystery noise was causing by a failing cooling coil. A recommendation was made and I am happy with the service and how Harry and the company handling the issue. *** Update on June 15, 2022. *** Last year, the cooling coil on my coachhouse's AC was not working. High Efficiency team was able to fixed it in a timely manner. The tech came and identified the issue then quickly place an order for the broken cooling coil since it was not in stock. Their techs are very professional and communicated to me at all time. Since my warranty was about to expire in a week and the cooling coil will not be delivery on time. The tech spoke to the back office to ensure all the works for this job are under warranty and I will not be charged. Yesterday (after a year of the cooling coil replacement), Gilbert from High Efficiency called and told me a tech is in my area and offer to perform a checkup on my AC unit and the cooling coil. I was so surprised that they remember this because I didn't. A tech came an hour later, he performed the pressure reading, also topped up coolant on the AC unit to ensure the AC it's running on its optimum level. This is a company that really care about their customers. Their customer services and after sale services are second to none. This kind of companies are rare these days and deserve to be recognized.
