We could not recommend this great company more. Ali came to help us with furnace that was turned off by a tech from another service provider who came that same morning, claiming that the furnace is dangerously out of order and we should buy new one. He came from a company from which we bought the Carrier furnace 10 years earlier and which was serviced every year with no issues. We thought it an inaccurate suggestion and sought second opinion. Carrier assured us that our factory warranty is a lifelong one, will expire in 2051(!) and gave us names of several associated companies in our area. We called High Efficiency Cooling & Heating and are we happy that we did that! Ali came promptly (the same afternoon), examined the furnace and found disconnected wire, tube and a faulty fuse! After repairing and replacing what had to be done, he then checked everything, found it running well and we had heat! We cannot praise Ali, the company and its staff more. They provided us with honest, prompt, efficient, knowledgeable and conscientious service. We shall always call them for any service. Thank you, High Efficiency Cooling & Heating Inc.

Harry was extremely helpful and efficient in diagnosing a problem I had with my AC, and identified the source of it, which another AC repair guy could not. I'm glad I went with High Efficiency Cooling & Heating Inc. for a second opinion, as Harry was able to help figure out incorrect wiring for my whole AC/Heat/Thermostat setup, which would have caused major issues if not fixed. I highly recommend this company's services.

Harry did thorough and professional annual maintenance on Gas furnace, heat pump and Tankless - and he also gave excellent advice on how best to use hybrid furnace settings to save money.

Technicians was super friendly. Get the job done without any issue. Charlton from the sales team was very informative and helpful. Was able to get me setup on a Sunday evening while with other companies, I wasn't even able to get anyone to do a quote until at least Monday morning. Highly recommended.

Beautiful Toronto weather in April, turned on my central air but it wasnt throwing out cool air. I called High Efficiency Cooling and Heating they arrived the next day which was Saturday to assess the problem and discuss options. Monday, service representative came to to discuss options signed the contract and installed the ac unit that day. Installation flawless and extremely neat and tidy would recommend this company to anyone who needed a cooling or heating system.

Harry was really great. He was quick, knowledgeable and friendly. He was able to identify the issue and help us place an order under warranty. Also huge thank you to Gilbert who always provides such amazing customer service.

Late on March 14 out tankless hot water heater stopped working. We called High Efficiency and they came over the next day and assessed the problem, ordered the part that needed to be replaced and on March 16 we had our hot water back, only 30 hours after we first contacted them. We are extremely pleased with their prompt service and professionalism. Harry, the HE serviceman thoroughly explained the problem and the solution! For the past number of years we have always used High Efficiency for our AC, heating and tankless maintenance and repairs. We are very satisfied with their service and highly recommend them.
