I am highly recommended High Efficiency Cooling & Heating Inc. with their fast and professional service. The Technician replace my old Carrier thermostat with a newly model of Honeywell T4 Pro. I appreciate their dedication and service.

安装师傅两个人忙了一整天，从早上9点到下午5点多。仔细安装了热泵和暖炉。安装的很仔细，做工也很精致。过程中任何需要提示，调整的地方都会提前沟通。很值得推荐。

We had issues with our A/C unit. A technician arrived to our house within the timeframe promised. Our technician, Harry, was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He was able to identify the issue and to give us a detailed explanation of the problem and what steps he recommended to repair it. Thank you!

Ali was very helpful and informative. They didn’t push any unnecessary sales and explained all the maintenance and repairs needed, and followed up after the visit.

I was impressed by the meticulous attention to detail the technician (Ali A.) had when servicing my AC system. Ali was professional, dedicated, punctual and efficient. He accurately diagnosed the issue, faulty capacitor. After getting a replacement part, he returned the same day to repair the AC and even worked at end of day to ensure my AC was working. We are in a heatwave and having a working AC was essential, my family appreciated his commitment to great service.

Harry was really fantastic. He was really thorough, cared about my questions, helped look at a problematic vent and worked really hard to fix the issue. He also sat down and explained to me in detail about my HVAC issue - he was patient, knowledgable, capable, and adjusted my HVAC settings beyond his required service task. I've had previous HVAC people just do the minimum and not really care beyond that. Harry was top-notch and I will be a returning customer. Gilbert at the head office was really warm and helpful as well. I would recommend this company without reservation.
