When my old garage doors opener died, I called Dukes, for no particular reason, I was new to Brandon. Years latter my outside keypad stopped working. I called Duke. The sent a guy the next day. He gave me a new one, cleaned and fixed ALL the pieces and parts. I am happy that I called Dukes the first time!!

Joel from DGD did a maintenance check today on my garage doors. He was very prompt, knowledgeable and professional. He also installed a much needed outside entry remote for me. A very positive experience overall from DGD garage Door company. I will also be scheduling an appointment for my Daughter's home purchase to have her garage doors checked by DGD.

He is very polite, knowledgeable and professional. Duke’s Garage I have called twice and Twice was treated with professionalisms and great service. They were able to send someone out that day and check to see why my Garage door was not working. They immediately saw it was the operating system and gave me a quick quote on three different system and was able to install it that day, wow great Service and New Operating System very Pleased. Good response and communication regarding our request for service on a rogue garage door with a mind of its own. Easy same day scheduling plus an update on Raymond’s arrival time. He was professional, thorough and immediately diagnosed and fixed the issue as well as made another adjustment to improve safety during the upcoming hurricane season. Very reasonable.

Very professional and always prompt. Excellent service, ALWAYS! Joel was my team member today. He was polite, knowledgeable, and honest. He provided excellent service today and gave me information to help make decisions. He is an outstanding team member in a well respected business!

Devonte did a great job with replacements of two Liftmaster openers. Very efficient, effective, polite and helpful in setting up the remotes and myQ app.
