Harry and his colleague were excellent, as always. They were friendly, hardworking, and very professional. Harry took the time to explain what they were seeing, showed me the capacitors, and walked me through what could be addressed without ever making me feel pressured or oversold. He was knowledgeable about the replacement costs and gave helpful, honest opinions when asked. They cleaned and serviced our central HVAC system, were flexible enough to add on some additional work that had not been scheduled, and also cleaned the filters on our ductless system. Everything is working great. Really appreciate the reliable service and would highly recommend this team.

Early Sunday morning, I heard a beeping sound in the basement. It was our Rinnai tankless water heater displacing number 17 on the control panel. We don’t have hot water.Called High efficiency cooling and heating company, the same company that does maintenance for our furnace and AC. Rick called to schedule a technician for Monday. The company provided a very professional technician name Harry. He explained in detailed what was the problem and worked on it right away. Great experience makes it very appealing to continue being a customer of High efficiency heating and cooling. Thank you so much for the great job Harry.
