My A/C system did not work and the diagnosis indicated that the thermometer broke. However, during the installation of the new thermometer, the technician checked out that the original cause was the wiring and so additional part was required. With the new part, the technician completed the re-installation of the new thermometer and he carefully checked to make sure that both the A/C and furnace are working before the completion of the service. The technician was very patient and skillful.

High Efficiency Cooling & Heating cimpany was very prompt in responding to my request for inspection and service of our HVAC system and gas water heater. The technician Harry was very helpful and efficient in performing the work. He explained to me in details what he believed was causing the problem with our water heater and recommended the proper setting of the controller to optimize the heater.

Technician Harry at High Efficiency Cooling & Heating Inc. perfectly fine tuned the heat pump and furnace to work optimally in the summer and in advance of winter weather. I greatly appreciate his professionalism and knowledge as the new ideal settings will ensure best performance with maximum savings. Aris, the receptionist, is super kind and helpful in scheduling seasonal maintenance. I highly recommend High Efficiency Cooling & Heating!

I’m so impressed with the level of care and expertise Harry (technician) brought to the job. I requested for an AC yearly maintenance. He answered all my questions patiently, and made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. It’s rare to find someone who combines skill with genuine customer care. Truly exceptional work. Also, I have been with High Efficiency for 5+ years, exception services all the time.

Harry and his colleague were excellent, as always. They were friendly, hardworking, and very professional. Harry took the time to explain what they were seeing, showed me the capacitors, and walked me through what could be addressed without ever making me feel pressured or oversold. He was knowledgeable about the replacement costs and gave helpful, honest opinions when asked. They cleaned and serviced our central HVAC system, were flexible enough to add on some additional work that had not been scheduled, and also cleaned the filters on our ductless system. Everything is working great. Really appreciate the reliable service and would highly recommend this team.

Early Sunday morning, I heard a beeping sound in the basement. It was our Rinnai tankless water heater displacing number 17 on the control panel. We don’t have hot water.Called High efficiency cooling and heating company, the same company that does maintenance for our furnace and AC. Rick called to schedule a technician for Monday. The company provided a very professional technician name Harry. He explained in detailed what was the problem and worked on it right away. Very good service call for a problem with my heat pump. Problem solved with a good explanation from Harry about the problem plus a few good recommendations as well for more efficient use of my heat pump.
