He provided a clear, objective assessment of the installation with all the proper readings, and took the time to explain everything patiently and thoroughly. His professionalism and attention to detail really stood out. You can tell he takes pride in his work — and that level of dedication builds real trust and confidence. Replaced my motor blower and adjusted the tilt to my furnace and gave good advice on care. Furnace up and running just in time for winter. Very happy with the service from start to finish.

High Efficiency Cooling and Heating was the 4th HVAC company we met with. We were very impressed with Charton’s knowledge and expertise in regards to the Carrier Heat Pump System that we were looking to purchase. He clearly explained how the Greener Homes program worked. We booked with Charton within a day and he arranged to have the Energy Advisor come the next day. Kevin was our Energy Advisor for our pre-audit and he was very thorough and honest. Our installation happened 3 days later. Han and Jason were our installers. They showed up on time and were here all day working on installing the Heat Pump, Furnace, Humidifier, and Thermostat. They cleaned up after themselves and Han was very patient setting up the ecobee thermostat and explaining how it works. Kevin returns in 2 days to do the post audit report and will put the paperwork through for our rebate. The warm air has finally arrived and we are ready for it now. Thank you team!
