Joel came today to inspect my garage door per my maintenance agreement. He was on time, professional and addressed issues he found as well as offering other services.

Today Joel was here for my annual inspection of my entire garage door system. He was great! He was on time, thorough with the inspection, knowledgeable, offered additional product and was very kind. I really appreciate Joel and your company. Thank you again. Nancy Short.

Chris Yousef let me know when he was coming. He did a fairly thorough inspection. After discussing his diagnosis and getting an agreement from me, he went right to work. His worked professionally. I now have a garage door that opens and closes quietly.

Technician arrived within an hour of my call even though it was a Saturday. He diagnosed the problem promptly, proposed a solution and price, which I approved. He was done in about an hour for the agreed to price. He left the area clean and secure.

We were very pleased with Arthur, from Duke's Garage Doors, who came to do some repairs and maintenance on the door. He was polite, informative, and worked efficiently--in the heat without complaint-- to fix the issues we had. Prompt service, friendly and knowledgeable! Answered all questions and obviously knew what he was doing. We will call Duke's again, and be delighted if we see Arthur for any future problems. Thank you!

After another well-known garage door company stood me up and didn’t even bother to call to say they weren’t coming, I called DGD and before the other company even called, DGD had my door repaired. Great customer service!

Brakki is the best. He came here on time, checked out my system, changed out my 15 year old rollers, and programmed my remote garage door opener to my Genesis G70, something the dealership couldn't do and sold me a new secondary remote and programmed it as well.. Very fast service especially on a Sunday and the invoice was more than reasonable. Thank you Brakki and DGD.
