Our 7 year old overhead door made so much noise and banging before, but Josh did an amazing job replacing the rollers with great nylon wheels that are so quiet and smooth you barely hear the door moving. Before when I pulled the emergency release lifting it was really hard and heavy. Now with the new springs it really light and easy to lift. Josh was quick, professional and explained everything he was going to do before I approved it and he did it quickly and expertly. Highly recommend DGD (they installed it originally) and Josh Battle for any install or maintenance on your overhead door.

Excellent company to work with. They came out the same day and were able to repair a garage door I thought needed replacement. My technician, Jimmy, was fantastic.

Great experience today with Matt and DGD. I was able to get an appointment quickly to fit my schedule. Matt phoned ahead when he was in route and arrived on time. He assessed my situation and gave me options. He finished on time and did a very satisfactory job. This is my second time using DGD and have been pleased both times. Thanks again Matt.

DGD did a great job fixing my garage door. They didn’t try to oversell me they figured out what was the best solution. I’ve used this company several times and this is always been their business model. Take care of what’s best for the customer!

Excellent service. Josh went immediately to the problem and recognized that replacing our 21 year old opener was only $200 more than fixing the old one.. No pressure. Nice young man.

Everything seems to demand some kind of on going maintenance... even fairly new garage doors and their openers. DGD made it look easy and answered many questions and in a timely manner.

Brandon was so kind and knowledgeable and definitely went above and beyond!!! Everything works perfectly and he and DGD are very much appreciated. Highly recommend!!

DGD was a breath of fresh air after a bad experience with another company. I had been overcharged $2,600 for parts and work DGD would’ve done for $909, and to make it worse, the other company didn’t tighten the set screws on one of the springs properly, so it slipped and skewed the door. When I asked them to come back, they ghosted. Brakki from DGD came out, fixed the problem, lubricated and double-checked everything, and even labeled the system with their contact info so I’ll always know who to call. He was professional, honest, detail-oriented, and made me feel taken care of. And, when I called DGD and told them there was no rush to get it done as long as it was within a week or two, they were at my house two (2) hours after I called them! DGD may not be the cheapest, but they *are* fair, thorough, and professional. I won’t use anyone else for garage door work. ☺️
