The DGD team was amazing. Very knowledgeable and trustworthy. Their team was focused more on repairing what we had than trying to just sell us a new door unlike other companies we consulted with. Aaron the tech was awesome and was able to address all of our concerns and helped get everything corrected. Id recommend DGD to friends and family and will use them again in the future if needed.

John and Brian came within two hours of notifying their office that our garage door opener had stopped working. They explained everything and answered all of our questions. They went above and beyond to make sure we were happy.

Josiah Kelly was great and very pleasant when he arrived and also came out on time. He explained everything and was very helpful. He also took time to show me how I could save by getting a warranty that will help in the long run. Thanks so much Josiah .

Yesterday, February 16, 2026, Josiah K., technician with Dukes Garage Doors, came out on very short notice, ahead of the scheduled time, to fix a persistent problem I was having with my garage door not operating properly. In May 2025, we had a new garage door opener installed and in July 2025, we also had new rollers installed. Over the course of the next several months, the garage door was opening and closing, but with difficulty and finally, the garage door opener could not operate at all. After calling ahead that he was on his way, Josiah came out, introduced himself, took several pictures, which he sent me, and diagnosed the problem within minutes. The garage door opener was fine and the rollers that were installed were dry and hugging the track. After modifying the garage door track, the garage door and opener are super quiet, opening and closing perfectly. He was kind and patient, and gave me some tips, to keep the garage door operating like new. Thank you, Josiah!

This morning DGD ,Bryon I., came out to check garage door. Bryon is the best. Knowledgable, very down to earth, easy to talk with, friendly, professional. Knows his job. Bryon is truely an assett to DGD. If you need Garage door work I recommend DGD and ask for Bryon as your tevh. You wont This regret it. This is the second time Ive used DGN. And was lucky enough to get Mr Bryan again. Bryan is awesome. Great personality, very professional, excellent customer service. Theres nothing not to like about Bryan. The installers were very knowledgeable and professional, removing and installing our new garage door. Their work coordination was exemplary and we highly recommend them and DGD for any garage door instillation. In addition the price quoting was professional, definitely affordable and appreciated.

Appointment schedule for same day called. Bryon and Moses arrived on time. Reviewed in detail what needed to be repaired by showing the worn parts etc. They were professional, friendly, and efficient in repairs and installation. They made sure we understood what they advised. Warranties were good and maintenance schedule to support warranties were reasonable. This upgrade was greatly needed and our garage door is now quiet and operates smoothly.
