I am a new home owner and didn't know who to call when garage door spring broke. My neighbors both used Duke's when their springs broke and recommended them. I called and they came the same day and Dylan did a great job. 100% satisfied. Highly recommend Duke's. There is no way I would have gotten same day service in Ohio. Very impressed with their service.

Had a double garage door that wouldn’t open all the way with a chain type opener. I called several other companies first, but I could not wait days or even a week in one case to get my door back in working order. I called DGD and they were able to come out same day and get my garage door fixed and fully tuned up. Aaron was extremely professional and competent. I would recommend DGD to anyone needing professional and affordable help with their garage door.

Jimmy did a full evaluation of our garage door and definitively found the issue. He gave upfront pricing and was flexible to allow us to decide what we wanted to do. The work was done professionally and quickly, and our door is performing much better than it was before.

Always use this company for my garage door issues. Last Friday, my door refused to close. I was lucky enough to be able to get in contact with Jesse who was very polite and helpful and she was able to send out a technician that same afternoon. Josiah showed up a couple of hours later and was able to diagnose and address the issues. Again, he was very professional and courteous. I highly recommend this company for all of your garage door issues!

Cris installed a liftmaster wifi camera with light garage door opener in 2023 and rollers, today 2026 he replaced my broken spring and upgraded support parts, excellent parts and work very friendly man
