Needed repairs done on my Garage door. A spring snapped and need to be replaced. Called DGD got a appointment right away. Our service guys John and Brian were very friendly, knowledgeable, and very efficient. Explained everything that we needed and what the process was. Gave extra tips on how to keep things running smoothly. Thank you both for your work today, and coming on short notice. To anyone needs garage repairs dont hesitate to call. 🤗

The technician and installers were very professional and efficient in the initial diagnosis which led to the installation of the new garage door. Our door was damaged during Hurricane Helene. The installers were very good and moved like a well oil machine. I was quoted 2 types of garage doors and chose a name I was familiar with which was more expensive. I was told it would be 3 weeks until that model door would arrive. I was ok with that. I received a call the following day saying that they wanted to schedule my installation. I agreed. However, after the installation was complete and clean up was done I noticed that the door was from another manufacturer. I called the office and was told that both doors cost the same and that was the one they had in stock. I stated that I was presented 2 prices and the one installed was the less expensive. A review of my quotes was done, and I was refunded the difference.

Called at Noon for a broken spring on 2 car garage. Bryon arrive by 2pm and by 4pm the door was fixed. Prompt, courteous service.
