John was here to maintain my garage door. I asked if he had time to put in a key pad and it was no problem. He had the necessary key pad and did a great job .

I can't recommend DGD highly enough. Our garage door opener sparked, smoked, and went dead with my car trapped inside. Although DGD weren't the original installers, they had someone to my house (on a Sunday!) within 3 hours. Our tech, Bryan A., was helpful, professional, and efficient. He helped us out in a bind and came back two days later for a final fix (he, understandably, didn't have all the supplies needed when he first came out emergently on a Sunday). Not only did he fix our original problem but he helped us re-program and set up features we didn't even know we had! Bryan was fantastic and our experience with DGD was truly wonderful. Thank you!

They were incredibly responsive. They responded to my call and got me scheduled very quickly. On the day of the appointment, I could track the technician's progress toward my house to know when he was going to arrive. He did excellent work without a hard upsell pitch.

John was here right on time and fixed a few missing parts and even fixed light which just needed a new bulb, he was very helpful in telling me what he had found and what he had fixed. Would want him to come if anything else happened.

We are super happy with the service of DGD's installer. He came out the same day we called and after identifying the problem installed a new opener. After he finished he took great care in cleaning up. I would definitely recommend DGD to anyone needing garage door opener service.

My garage door was broken. I called 4 companies. The first one said my door is out of whack and I need a new one. The second tried to fix the loose cable. With no success he said I need a new door. The third company was good as far as a new door. Then DGD came . The office made sure I knew the eta of representative . I explained to Joshua I work in the field of doors. I'm knowledgeable and experienced. Joshua treated me with respect. He said they weren't having a sale now. He gave me a good price considering. I asked if it was worth getting insulated glass. Joshua said if the garage is not air conditioned then it's not necessary to spend the extra money. When Joshua was looking at the door, I explained what was wrong. He agreed. I told Joshua I really wanted to fix it. Right away he responded and said we do repairs. We can rebuild the door with necessary parts. He even gave me a ballpark figure. I apologized if he might lose commission. He said I'm glad you are interested in using the company. He called the office and told them I needed a service estimate. The office called me right away. Asked me if I would be available from 3 to 6. I answered right away, absolutely. Mina arrived. He told me what I needed. He gave me the price. This was in the range of what Joshua said. This was far less than a new door. Mina told me it would take 2-3 hours. I asked him when I could be scheduled. He said right now. I have all the parts. I explained my door was noisy. Mina fixed that as well. My warranty is 1year labor and 5 years parts. Mina even extended the courtesy of changing the battery in my remote. What great service from office notification to Joshua (sales) and Mina repairs. What a pleasant honest experience.

If you need your garage door fixed call DGD they were wonderful very professional and most immortally they actually showed up on the weekend unlike other companies who only work weekdays when your garage door doesn't open, you help right away not days later. Thankyou DGD for showing up.

Bryon and Collins were both informative and did a wonderful job repairing my garage door. Came in, diagnosed the problem and fixed it all within a couple of hours. Highly recommended!

bryon 1 and collin’s. awesome job. clean work. helped my wife with car. i will ask for them again if i need service also im amazed at how quiet the doors are. thank you DGD and your A+ guys that did the job
