Don kept me informed on his arrival time and was able to do a diagnostic and determine problem within 10 minutes of his arrival. He provided a detailed explanation and the course of action to repair. I had a very good experience using DGD. The technician who came to fix the garage was very knowledgeable, honest (only listed what needed to be repaired, compared to some others who would literally list all the component citing age of the door), and efficient (finished the work in less than an hour. The only possible downside is that they are so good, so it makes them quite busy too, so if you need your door to be fixed right away, you may have to look for someone else.

I really appreciate Brian who gave our old opener a tune up but educated me on the maintenance of garage doors. We were due for a new one but I was trying to cut corners that year. The next year I had him come back and we got a nice new opener and it took a very short time. The crew was very courteous and understanding. I recommend them for your house.
